    I already do this as an assistant property manager

      I was actually interested in being an Assistant property manager in NYC. So how does it work? You’re also your company’s leasing agent and you make a commission off of that?

    Absolutely love your videos I’m in month 3 of real estate and in college and absolutely loving it, what helped me was putting listings on Facebook marketplace it helped generate so many leads . So far enjoying being new in real estate, the first month for me was mainly just a overload of information 😭

    I have consciously come to the understanding this is a large field and it will take time. But I am looking forward to saturate myself in real estate express. After that I may take other classes with mentors that prepare you..hes been a realtor for 45 years and now he teaches here in Buffalo, N.Y. I'm devoting at least next 3 months than ill sign up for exam..than ill be contacting you! 😆
    I will want to please compensate you for any of your guidance. Thank you!
    I know it will take me a couple years before I master anything.

    Who pays the commission ?

    • @LaurenPlante
      @LaurenPlante  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Adrian, it depends. either the client or the building for a rental. For a sale, it will be the seller in most cases.
