Prince Abdullah bin Faisal bin Turki Al Abdullah Al Saud was the head of the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu at the time of its creation in 1975, the founding chairman & governor of the Saudi General Investment Authority in 2000 (now known as the Ministry of Investment), and from 2015 to 2017 he served as ambassador to the United States.
