1:57 imagine the parachute doesn't work 💀💀💀💀💀
lol - then the dog would have been doggie splat. When I saw the movie and saw her throw the dog out of the balloon. Poor dog - but they did those kind of thing during that time. They called it entertainment though and not animal mistreatment.
@@TreatOthersWithKindness it's animal abuse
@@TRAVELANDTASTYSTUDIOS only animal abuse when looked with modern standards. Thats pretty much just animal testing back then

Damn, I didn’t know Newt Scamander used to fly hot air balloons.

Who else Questions how early they get to videos.
Watched this movie as a kid, was terrified when the balloon began freezing. I was ready to see them die at the end 😂😂😂
Just realized they played Stephen Hawking and Jane Wilde in The Theory of Everything
I am dedicating a standing ovation to those that paid the principal sacrifice for us to have science and technology as we have it now.
bro the videos don't feel good enough without your jokes and iconic intro please bring it back
26000 feet without no auxiliary oxygen. hehe They would put high mountain climbers to shame. At that temperature they would freeze to their demise in literally 1 minute as the temperature at that altitude is DEADLY low, about -60.
Yea, one could argue the movie is not very realistic.😄
Although the temperature is frigid, there is less air to conduct heat away from the body. Hence, it would take longer to freeze than in the same temperature at sea level.
In outer space there's no air at all and you would never freeze. In fact, you would heat up as your body produces more heat than can radiate away from your body in a vacuum.
@@thesquid1187 Of course you would freeze in outer space, don't be ridiculous. Not to mention you would suffocate and therefore wouldn't be able to produce any heat at all.
@@Princip666 You won't freeze in space. It's a myth propagated by science fiction. If you don't believe me, look it up.
Last time I went skiing in Colorado it was only 10 F but didn't feel cold because at 12,000 feet the air is so thin, heat more slowly leaves the body.
Same reason you will freeze in 50 degree F water but not 50 degree air. The water is denser and pulls more heat away from the body.
A granite countertop feels cold even when it isn't because it's a strong conductor of heat, pulling heat out of your hand when you touch it.
I could go on. You get the idea.
@@Princip666 I replied to you yesterday. Don't know where my comment went. The idea that you would freeze in space is a myth propagated by science fiction. There's nowhere for heat in your body to go if you aren't surrounded by any matter. Heat can gradually radiate away from your body in space but this is a slow process compared to conducting heat away through air, water, metal, something that has mass.

So, they were wondering above 11k meters high without any acclimatization and oxygen supply while professional climbers struggling above 8k after weeks of acclimatization. Btw, it's -55C up there (not mentioning the windchill) 🥶🤪🙄 They are literally cold blooded 😂
