Superb brushwork
Thanks a lot mate 👍 🙌
Great, best tutorial of its kind I’ve ever seen. Thank you!
WOW thank you so much for the lovely feedback 🙌
Great tutorial mate, they look awesome.
Thanks Stu, means a lot buddy 🙏
Awesome video, and yes you nailed it. I wouldn’t mind splinter or pea dot next, cheers
Thanks buddy, that is greatly appreciated 🙌 also, I've just subscribed to your channel, your content looks great 👍
Great tutorial, 👏👏👏, I’m very surprised we almost do the same process. Very graphic and fantastic make up. In deed AK sets are great, I’ll stay tuned 😉
Thanks Jose, that is awesome to hear 🙌 you'll have to show me some of your work on FB 👍
Great tutorial; thank you for posting.
I appreciate that buddy, thank you 🔥🔥
Nice work! Thanks!!!😊😊
Thanks a lot buddy 🙏
Fantastic to watch. Im looking to mix the spring pattern with this autuman pattern alongside pea dot here and there. The prep base colour with the wash and that initial highlight i found particularly interesting. Looking at this for my Das Reich chaps in both 15mm for Battlegroup and 28mm for Chain of command
Thanks for that mate 🙌 that sounds like it'll be an awesome mix, I'll be doing peadot next I think 🤭 I'd love to see what yours come out like, feel free to share them on my FB page 😁
Nice work
It's funny I'm painting the same camo pattern on some flames of war figures myself at the moment, and some peadot (not too many peadot though as it tends to drive you a bit crazy after a while).
Thank you buddy :)
I imagine 15mm might be slightly more difficult but it's definitely something I'll try sometime in 2023 I'm sure haha. I'll be covering Peadot in 1/72 within the next few weeks :)
Amazing job as always man! Hope you and your family have a merry Christmas!👍🍻🎄
Thanks Andrew, I appreciate that and I hope you have a great Christmas too 😀
amazing video , many thanks for your time making it mate
Thanks Glen, I greatly appreciate that 🙌 I've got plenty more SS tutorials in the works as well as some British Airborne at this scale 👍
Brilliant
Thanks buddy :D :D
Superb brushwork on those AB minis. How about Italian camo!
Thank you mate 👍 🙏 I need to grab a new brush as the one in the video is all banged up now haha. Italian camo will be uploaded this weekend 🤭
Superb
Thank you buddy 🙌 🙌
Awesome
Thank you buddy 🙌🙌
Using "historical photo's" as a reference... in color? Would love to know where you found those specific ones... Just using colors for the sake of using colors, that is what I call it. And not only with your tutorials, other "historical" painters use colors just to use colors in my opinion.
Great painting for 1/72 but don't cal it historical accuracy. "Artistic liberties" is the correct term.
Thanks for the compliment and constructive feedback 👍
I definitely agree with your comment, it's more of a buzz word to say that I'm trying to achieve something close to what we'd imagine it would look like. The historical photos I tend to use come from sources like the IWM and well-known auction sites that sell off authentic products. Looking back on this video now, the orange is definitely brighter than what it would've been in real life but this video was still one of my earlier ones ... so I'm cutting myself some slack 😋
I'll keep your comment in the back of mind going forward as to not make the same mistake again with regards to my statements.
@@paintingpanzers Cheers for taking as it was meant.
@Patton3003 I appreciate you taking the time to write something constructive buddy and not rage quit 😅
What camo scheme would you like to see next?
Splittertarnmuster :)
Flecktarn
Oak leaf in the spring/summer side
@@Blitz9H definitely on the list buddy, should be within the next few videos 😁
@@paintingpanzers Awesome!!!!
What brush are you using?
I'm using a tamiya modelling brush. It's the smallest one in this set.
