Absolutely phenomenal work! I've just finished some British Ab figures, and I agree that they are the best. personally, I have started going for shadow, mid-tone, and then highlight, with a glaze to then tie it all together, if needed but I may return to painting, washing, and then highlighting again after watching this! Keep up the excellent work, I look forward to your next video 😊

Nuts I love it. I do like AB miniatures but most of my airborne are Britannia, Drew’s militia and SHQ and a few Simon’s soldiers and AB

The Simon Soldiers compare very nicely, the Britannia are much bigger and Drew’s are now out of production. I like the shq for vehicles

The pack pack is strange with the bag popping out It looks like a P37 which didnt have an adjustable gusset to protect it from the elements, just split compartments. Maybe its his mess bag?

Yeah I'm not really sure to be honest but I'm not 100% clued up on all the equipment in use by the British Airborne.

Which color would you paint the bare paratrooper helmets (without scrim)?

Great question mate. I'd probably hit it with US Dark Green - Black Wash - US Dark Green and then US Dark Green/German Camo Beige 1:1 - drybrush 👍
