    ❓| WHAT ARE BINAURAL BEATS?
    🎶 Binaural beats are a form of frequency or brainwave entrainment music that is composed of two different frequencies. When listened to properly (using headphones) these different frequencies are played in each ear to create a 3rd frequency which is what is perceived by the brain. This 3rd frequency is what is effective in entraining the listeners’ brainwaves to an intentional state.
    ❓| WHAT ARE SOLFEGGIO FREQUENCIES?
    🎵 Solfeggio frequencies are specific tones of sound that can be used to effect vibrational healing on a conscious and subconscious level. Solfeggio frequencies are musical tuning. These frequencies have ancient roots and reflect the precise mathematical nature of harmonic sound.
    ✔️Benefits of Binaural Beats & Solfeggio Frequencies (Brainwave Entrainment):
    • Increased creativity and cognitive enhancement
    • Reduced anxiety and improved mood
    • Easier access to meditative states
    • Improved sleeping habits
    • Improved focus, attention, and memory retention
    💙Our music promotes healthy sleeping patterns, Lucid Dreams, Out-of-Body Experiences & meditative mind-states. Comment down below with your experiences!

    This put me in a deep sleep that is so deep I don’t remember my dreams. I typically have very vivid and sometimes frightening dreams/nightmares, which I take medication for. This along with usual my usual meds knock me out like it was Iron Mike Tyson in my brain putting the beat down.

    This is great. I don’t wear headphones to sleep because I move around a lot but even without headphones it sounds ethereal 🙏

      I literally can't move at all when I sleep. I'll always wake up in the exact position I fell asleep. I wake up many times a night though, so if I have to turn or move, I do it when I briefly wake up, then I sleep again. I have a feeling everyone does this, but most people aren't conscious of it. I've had people wake up, talk to me, and then fall back asleep. After they wake up again, they have no recollection of waking up or talking to me at all. It's bizarre to me because I remember every single that happens when I sleep, I'm pretty much as conscious as I am when I'm awake. Still have the same thought processes and decision-making and everything.

      @@ShizuruNakatsu that’s pretty weird. I don’t have that problem. I also find it strange how I can sleep walk, wake up in the middle of the night, or sleep talk and not remember any of it. Very weird!

    • @ShizuruNakatsu
      @ShizuruNakatsu Před rokem

      @@tanukkat4963 Yeah, I'm the exact opposite. Even while I'm asleep, I'm fully aware of where I am, and can hear what's going on around me. I'll wake myself up before an alarm because I don't want to wait for it. If someone is about to walk into my room, I'll hear their footsteps approaching the door and wake up to see what they want, and sometimes I'll just say "might as well wake up and see what time it is". I've never once in my life been confused about where I was when I woke up, even when sleeping in a new and unfamiliar place such as a family member's sofa. Because even before I open my eyes, I'm already fully conscious of where I am, and where I went to sleep the night before. I'll never understand how anybody can do anything while they're asleep, and not remember it afterwards.

      Hi @@BreakOutOfTheAlgorithm😁
      Same here, I love these BECAUSE there is more consistency. I like that there aren’t any sharp, sudden pieces in the sleep tracks. Plus, I love that they are an extended duration.
      I practically never sleep longer than 30 minutes to one hour at a time so I spend most of my night awake, but these tracks/sounds have made it so much easier for me to go back to sleep.

    • @TheLucidMysticsSleepMusic
      @TheLucidMysticsSleepMusic  Před rokem +33

      That is by design! Every track created is completely different, but I further edit every track and add filters, effects and sounds to make them all sound ambient, floaty and dreamy. I do use similar filters and edits for consistency though! I've experimented with other kinds of tracks, and people have let me know they prefer no sharp or sudden noises, no harsh instruments, and nothing that stands out as it can be a distraction for sleep. I do my best to get you to sleep rather than entertain - and I hope it is helping you guys sleep deeply and soundly! However I am ALWAYS open to recommendations and I do take requests!
      Someone recently asked for a rain sound overlay in one of the upcoming tracks, so I'm going to experiment with that! Let me know if you have recommendations!

I have noticed that since I noted one piece had jarring volume changes there has been no instance of that problem, and I do appreciate the efforts you put out! The consistency with very mild variations is what makes this my absolute go-to at night. Thank you for your hard work, and Happy Thanksgiving!

    • @TheLucidMysticsSleepMusic

      Oh interesting! Something that a lot of people don't know about nightmares, is it is actually the sign of a healing mind. When you have nightmares, your brain is processing through information, releasing it and integrating it. When a change is happening within us, we can see it in our dreams. So nightmares can actually be a GOOD thing, because it shows what you are releasing! The nightmares can be from a past worry, a belief, a situation you are finally healing from, etc. Whatever dreams have the most ENERGY (like nightmares), actually have the most positive potential. I know it can be scary, but try to pay attention to any underlying meaning the subconscious could be trying to tell you from the nightmare, and know that you are actually upgrading your psyche when having dreams with such high energy like that! As long as we don't try to prevent nightmares, we are open to understanding the underlying message and we are open to listening, you'll notice your dreams change! Sending love!
