The global south has their corruption, but it's significantly less than Western powers. And those western/imperial powers are the ones that corrupted and created the conditions for corruption in the south.

If this court does not side with Palestine and South Africa, I will lose all faith in the UN, the ICJ, the international community and humanity itself. I have already lost all faith in my own government (United States), but I hope that the rest of the world finds the moral courage to stand up to Israel and the US. I am in full favor of whatever consequences the UN wants to impose on the US. The impunity with which our government enables and perpetrates atrocities is a danger to US citizens, as well as the victims abroad. We have 60,000 veterans sleeping on the streets and people dying of preventable illness, but they can afford a genocide? The leaders don't care about their own citizens, let alone those of other nations. They must be held accountable or nothing will ever change and innocent people will continue to pay the price.

The West Bank had been divided up into 3 areas, A ,B, & C. One was controlled by the Palestinian Authority, another one by Israel , and the 3rd one by both. Keep in mind that this is Palestinian Territory where Hamas does NOT rule. Amnesty International had declared the West Bank to be an Apartheid State a year ago. Now, all 3 areas are being controlled by Israel. The Golan Heights , illegally occupied by Israel, belong to Syria.We are seeing in real time what is going on in Gaza. This looks like the total elimination of the possibility of a State of Palestine at the very least. I think the UN should step in with boots on the ground in Gaza, the West Bank and the Golan Heights ASAP or there will never be a Palestine.
The UN is completely powerless because of America. America has defended Israel ever since its conception and because of its power in the UN quite literally nothing will happen. Like every country has voted for a ceasefire in the UN EXCEPT AMERICA!!! Which is completely insane and immoral in itself. The ICJ and ICC are two separate entities.
This is not the ICC, it’s the ICJ. The US and Israel are both members and signatories
