Well it can be done without her too. But its best to have her there. Its easyer to kill enemies or hold them at one location.

I don't really understand the warning... how does interrupt mean in here. And yes do we have to reach level 100 for blood awakening?

Blood awakening is available at lvl 100 and you need to be geared into red armor as min. requirements to start it.
As for interupt. It mean - abandon / cancel the awakening quest on one girl and start it on another one.
Now its easy to finish awakening. But few years ago when the game started. There was 3 quests needed for awakening. And one of them was fight at specific stage that was available only 1 or 2 day per week. And if there was event for double item drop from normal / elite stages. Lot of us usualy stoped awakening on 1 girl and started it on another one. To save the time hunts the mats we needed for awakening. So we could use maximum of thouse events and not waste time to wait for specific day to finish awakening. You can start this way all awakening quest and cancel them. They still will be at your missions log but paused. And you can go back to them any time you wish. Only downside of this is if you didnt crafted weapon for girl and cancel her awakening quest. You loose all special dots you gained up to that point.
You can try this on normal awakening. If you wish Just start quest, drop 1 special dot form elite mission. Cancel awakening and start it again. You will see that 1 special dot you gained for weapon is gone and you need to farm it again.

I just started BA and I've farmed 300 dots. I don't want to lose the extra 60 dots I've farmed.
I've watched your video and read your comments at the end but I'm still confused.
If you see my comments could you please explain how I can finish my BA but still keep the extra dots?
Well its prety simple. You start awakening quest. That quest allow you to drop dots from every stage. But if you craft weapon and equip it on girl. You finished that quest and dots stop drop for you until you start new BA quest. But if you abandon BA quest before you crafted blood weapon and puted it on your girl. You loose all dots you got so far. The best way is farm dots up to 900 or 999. Then craft 3 ancestors spirits. Then farm dots again. If you want BA more girls. Farm until you are satisfied with number of ancestors spirits. Then craft weapon or if you already crafted it put it on your girl and finish all quests until you BA that girl. You can start inmediatly another girl BA. But sice you already possesed ancestors spirit for blood weapon. You can craft it inmediatly. if you have other mats needed for that weapon and finish whole BA quests line. (Extra dots - not so sure) Ancestors spirits arent removed from your inventory when you finished BA. They are only removed when you abandon ba quest before you craft that weapon and put it on girls. The trick with abandoning ba quest was used to speed proces when you needed to wait for specific stage to do a quest. Sice they removed it in later patch you need only craft weapon and do final fight. So no need to abandon quest anymore. You can check that in my 1st blood awakening video where we needed 3 quests insted of 2. I didnt played game lately so not so sure if this trick still work. But i think they didnt remove it.
