This is recorded after patch 2017/02/24. This patch remove 2nd quest in awakening. So its faster now.

Celeste is on the way. Im in middle of 1st awkening quest for her. So i guess one more week and im done.

btw, do u have some kind of list which BGs are recommended to be awakened first?
I have awakened blowie and elvis
i want to awaken bidenty/ninja maybe, or should i pick other tanks? (leona/succuba/scythe/...or annie?)

Well I done Leona awakening 1st. Sice she is super usefull tank in late/post game. She is almost best tank in game. Only Sonya (SX) is better tank then her in my opinion. Then its good to have awaken Annie, Scythe, Succuba and Ninja.
Annie - best backline killer and supporter in magic teams. Her self heal from utli is insane too. From 10 hp to almost full hp.
Scythe - best for her interuption, heal and insta kill. If oponent hp is under 30%
Succuba - best for her non-stop healing. Even after you beat stage and dont move to the next one. So as long as she is on the field
she heals 500 hp per sec. Even if she is interupted, sleeped, stuned, etc.. All thouse status effect dont affect her healing.
Ninja - best tank for burst dmg. If she survive 1st oponent ulti. So she can stop Phoenix from killing your team. Just need to be lucky survive 1st phoenix ulti.
Bidenty - not so sure if its worth to awken her. Sice she do more dmg. But at lvl 100 lot of bg has so high hp and def, she do almost no or low dmg.
If you want to awaken other girl then go for Celeste or Phancy isnted of Bidenty.
Celeste - she was nerfed, but she is still good for her interupts and good dmg output
Phancy - her shielding can reduce lot of dmg and if you combine her shielding with Elvis. The dmg reduction is 90% of the dmg. Her ulti can sleep whole oponent team. This is also good at elite chapter 17-18.
As next awaken girl you should go for Lavia. Lot of single target dmg after awakening and burn status effect.

so.. some comments here:
1. isn't the one with 30% hp threshold is chevalir, not scythe(maybe...50% hp)?
2. if i use just one of these awakened [elvis/phancy/scythe/succuba] is nurse still needed?
P.S. i might go for leona here, for me blowie is good enough for dps for now :) ... or lavia lol
1. well thats kinda not true in post game. Where you dont insta kill girls. If thouse have under 50% hp only. Elite stages are one of thouse places. Where even 30% isnt enought and you need to kill them when they have only 10% or 15% hp. In pvp yes you kill lot of girls under 50% hp. But not all of them ^^ That why i always wait for 30% HP to be sure i insta kill them.
2. well you need to Nurse. Coz shielding is only for certain amount of time. After that you need healer to heal you back. Succcuba heal isnt fast enought. Its good only for after fight heal. So you are with full HP for next round. Scythe have group heal too and she can support Nurse. So your girls surrive longer. She kinda dont heal that much. Its like 2000 - 4000 hp every 5 or 10 sec... Elvis and Phancy are squshi if your tanks dies. Also if oponent can rech into mid lane. Than your Elvis/Phancy die. But there are stage where you dont need nurse. You just need to adjust team where to use nurse and where not.
