Seems to me a well balanced, informed, scientifically well argued, practical and generally comprehensive critique of his prior status quo, versus his subsequent wisdom. Thank you.

I’m currently on my 2nd attempt of the CPC after I wasn’t successful at the endurance course, I figured it was because my legs fatigued earlier on and it could be because I was neglecting certain areas to train.
I figured it would be high time I started doing more plyometric leg work and high repetition leg circuits to improve on the endurance course. Your advice has helped me understand how I should move forward in my training plan.

Hi mate, just out of curiosity how tall are you if you were struggling to reach the 65kg. As I'm just shy of 5'6 and when I started weight training I was roughly 58kg and now after a year of training I hover around 63kg so I'm have no doubt I'll be able to reach 65kg but my only worry is that once I start cardio training more seriously I may begin to lose some of that mass that I've put on.

how long would you say you need to prepare for basic training beforehand, i have already been going to the gym and have made a new fitness plan to incorporate more compound and functional fitness in the gym aswell as adding running training separately with tempo, sprinting and endurance training

I’ve always wanted to join the marines I’m 20 now and I’m really considering it, my only worry is that I have metal teeth in the front row of my mouth, I was wondering if that’s acceptable or not I’ve tried doing some research and cannot find anything on It.

Hi I'm currently starting to get my self in shape and fit enough to sign up to the Royal Marines, I am currently not in shape or fit at all so there's a lot of pre training for me to do before I go do the tests but my only regret is not doing this a lot sooner I.e. when I was 21, my concern is I'm almost 26 now is it too late? I've always wanted to do this since I left school but life happens I guess and I just choose different paths in life up until now lol. Cheers, really enjoy watching these videos been great help of information so far.
