1:38:34 Stream wrap, thank you! - Sport
Sorry to everyone who waited for us. It was our first time doing this and we had multiple problems trying to set up the stream. We only figured it out shortly after cancelling the first stream. So we decided to come back to at least answer some questions and record a video for those who waited. We'll do other streams before the draft and announce it a few days ahead.
I totally would've been here if I'd known they were doing this.
There will be next times. This was just a trial run. And we'll announce the next ones.
David St-Louis is my Head Scout!
One day I'll find David St-Louis in a bar, buy him a beer and talk about hockey all night.
I hope my Habs pick
Leonard at 5
AND
Musty at 31st (IF we’re lucky enough for him to fall on our laps).
MAAANNNNN we’d be scary out there 😱😏
Agregated seventh rounds final ranking from 30 recognized scouts wich are really scouting NHL prospects, see the sources and the method below. At the beginning of the draft it reflect strongly where it will go on the board and more the draft advance more the variation increase. In the first two rounds its quite precise and after round two it can give a good idea in wich round a player can go on the board. Its a good tool to help you to get value in your draft (avoid to draft a player too high or recognize when a player is sliding too much and pick him)

Ranked with a ''First line votation method'', all the lists are side to side and the players on the first line of each list receive one vote, and the player wich receive the greatest number of votes go on the board. If its equal the secound line counts as votes and so on and so forth. Once a player is selected, he's removed from all list and the second player on the list become the first and so on and so forth. This method is better than the average rank per player method, cause the average rank per player method give an exagerate value to a player wich is too high or too low on a certain list. The first line votation method eliminate the bias and the extremes. The player is going on the board when a majority of scouts think that this is the time for the player to go on the board.

If the Jets were looking for a Center at 18 and Ritchie and Danielson were still available. In your opinion is there much difference between them?
I'd take Ritchie for sure. Danielson is a better skater, a better straight-line driver, but Ritchie is better in all other categories. So yes, I'd say there is a pretty large gap between them. Other scouting teams do prefer Danielson, but I personally find it hard to argue him over Ritchie.
@@davidst-louis8315?? Danielson is better by most accounts.
His compete level is way higher, he produced a lot more points.
At the combine Danielson was really high on a lot of different categories.
Danielson really has no flaws he’s good at everything.
Ritchie has had issues with consistency and only had like 59pts in 58 games.
Not sure why you think Ritchie is better, he’s a lot more of a gamble.
Danielson maybe doesn’t have as high of a ceiling but he’s a very safe pick
Could the Habs trade #5 to Philadelphia and #31 (32) in exchange for Flyers #7 and #22 if a potential situation arises with a Michkov selection?
Seems like a more realistic trade than what we usually see proposed, so maybe!
as a nucks fan it would be kinda funny and on brand if they trade pick to get under the cap
As a hawks fan I hope you guys trade your 11 to us 😈
@@BedardsBurner lmaooo. the sn guys have been saying the team has been interested in dvorsky. if they choose him without trading down the city would riot again
i wouldn't mind if the hawks select one of n.danielson, j.perron, d.simashev, or l.dragicevic if they stay at pick #19.
Nah dawg. We are deep at Defense in the prospect pool. We need forwards, preferably with size at this point. Barlow, Yager, Honzek or Musty
@@Lebowski55 can never have too many good def-prospects. hawks should lean into that depth, make it a true strength. especially considering our coach is a former d-man. i do like honzek and barlow though, i dont think barlow will be there at #19.
The Blackhawks can probably get Cristall at #35 in the 2nd rd and keep #19 overall.
They said they weren't doing it anymore at one point so I dropped. This is really is really frustrating to have missed this after having waited an hour. Stick to your statements, guys.
Sorry. As we wrote that, we found the fix. We'll do another one.
Bro relax
Question for you guys :
David Reinbacher is awful.
Why do people live in delusion and not realize that ? 🥰😁
The Reinbacher virus, we all caught it!
Idk about awful…
But I do think picking him at 6-8 seems too high.
Jeff smells.
