Few minutes into the video and I can already see a massive improvement from your previous videos.More composure.Lot's of people sending in suggestive comments cz we all see the massive potential u have got. No one else does house tours like u do, at least in Africa leave alone South Africa. There is not much value for money and quality real estate in Africa outside South Africa anyway.At some point this channel is gonna blow up too. Started watching Enes at 38K subscribers and knew he was going to blow up at some point which eventually happened in under a yr. You are definitely on the same path.

The main bedroom was a bit underwhelming, I don't know if it was the furnishings in the bedroom that threw me off, but the apartment as a whole is gorgeous.

A ground floor by definition means it’s on ground level. That means street level. As this is a high floor “penthouse” there’s no ground floor in this apartment. If it’s a duplex apartment, the lower floor is referred to as either “the lower floor” or “the first floor” great views 👀

I enjoyed staying in this building- it’s modern and the gym is nice, but your view is people living in extreme poverty. I couldn’t take it

Views are great, but the bedrooms are very small. It’s cookie cutter construction with all the charm of an office complex. You give great tours, but I’m not in love with that space at all 🤭
Abit over priced though, looks abit basic on the outside for the price
