So, Im finally doing it guys.. Im leaving VA and taking my talents to CHARLOTTE! Im so excited for this new journey. Ive prayed and cried, and I have finally achieved this goal. I will be bringing you all with me on this apartment hunt so you all can see some of the places that are scattered around Charlotte. The apartment complexes are listed below along with their website links. I have also included the prices at the moment of when I looked at the apartment. Please remember the prices are subject to change daily. All opinions of these apartments are mine and mine alone! Let me know which one was your favorite below!

Loved the video. Do you recommend having a job lined up already or move first and then, apply? I wanna move there from DC, but I haven't heard from the jobs I been applying to yet.
Honestly, itâs based on you. For me, I was always told to have something lined up. Whether that be a job or savings to live off of. Some of these jobs pay for relocation too.

Hi new subscriber, I ran across your channel I have watched all 4 of your apartment hunting videos ,, I considering relocating there next year. so these videos are very helpful I'm all over the place as well excited and fearful at the same time ... Anyway is there any info that u would share about the move .
Hi!!! Welcome. One thing I recommend is being sure of your decision. Youâre going to be nervous since itâs something new ( &very exciting) lol. I wrote down everything I wanted in a place and kept that in mind. I legit meditated and prayed over it. I didnât stopped visiting places until I got it . It can get annoying bc itâll seem like you arenât finding a place but I found my place on the very last trip here. Know that the people showing you places are sales people so you have to have the discernment to be able to decipher through the good and the bad. Lastly look at the ratings, take it into consideration but donât let it make the decision for you.
What neighborhoods are these places located?

Yes, all of the places that I viewed require your income to be 3x the rent. I believe itâs a standard when it comes to most apartment complexes now.
Thank you for sharing these videos. Im a single mom of two living in another state and thought about moving to charlotte. However I donât know anything about any of the areas and want somewhere safe and nice. I donât have Instagram to reach out to you personally so I can only comment. @@lauraedwards6182 from what Iâve seen so far: mallard creek area, sugar creek, northlake (those are all in the north). The. You have places like south end and dillworth. Before I moved I was told to stay in the north or south of Charlotte not east or west. I didnât venture outside of that.
@@doseofmj Ok thank you. I will look into those areas. Iâm a single mom coming from Baltimore and I have no idea where Iâm going in Charlotte. I would be moving on faith in hopes to provide a better environment and life for us.
@@lauraedwards6182 yeah I left Va so I understand. You might need to take a few trips prior too. I rode around to make sure the area that I chose was hood for me.
Do you know any good apartments that is 1.2k or less
In this economy I donât. I used apartments.com and changed the filters to see what was in the price range I needed.

@@imSincerePromise lmao! Okay Iâll tell you what others have told me. Look in north and south Charlotte. Iâd say actually go to this places and see the areas too. I was told to stay away from East and west Charlotte
