  • A video I made, detailing the method to install a new Slip-on style 'Two Brothers' exhaust to my Yamaha FZ1-N.
Also shows the comparison between stock system and new system for sound. I don't know that the video does justice just how good and LOUD this thing is now!
To buy a Two Brothers exhaust, check out Full Throttle Powersports online store, at www.fullthrottlepowersports.com.au, they ship Australia Wide!
Apologies for the out-of-focus bits... new camera and we're still getting to know each other.

Two brothers have a bad name in the bike world in america people clown those pipes but on this bike it sounds amazing. I am going to get a delkevic like i had on my old bike in the video on my page. Thanks again for the tutorial i needed this for mine when i do mine ill post the video.

Did you loose any bottom end torque after installing new pipe? Removing EXUP I would think will impact lower end power and torque. But nice video overall!

I honestly haven't noticed any huge difference.

So the bike doesn't care that the valve isn't there? What about the cat? If it were hollowed out would it effect the bike negatively?

Technically the actuator for the valve stays in place, so as far as the bike knows the valve is still on. It will still move the actuator as if it's still on there.
I doubt removing the CAT material would have any negative affect, as there is no sensors taking readings after it, so I doubt there's anything in the computer that would even reference it on this model.

Greetings down under. Thanks for uploading this video. Best I've seen on here n I've seen a lot! I have a question. Does leaving the CAT in effect anything? As All the other vids they drill the shit out of the CAT & remove it. Yours is the only vid that leaves it in. Hope you can help. Cheers from the UK

Is there really a need to remove the cables that are attached under the dome on the pipe. Could you not just remove at the cables at the top and then when you remove the pipe the cables are still attached to the pipe? Would that work, the screws on my dome are rusted?

I guess you could do it that way? Might be a bit dicky to hold the pipe and thread the cables at the same time, but I can't see why it wouldn't work?

Not a bad video and it doesn't completely disappoint me however you could possibly change the monotone voice for a more up beat narration.
    Cheers, Dave F.

@@mhstagg Yes, maybe try singing in your next video. And you need to keep the lawn a bit tidier. But all-round good effort.
