Prep 2-3 different meals then reward yourself for sticking to it by going out to eat in the middle of the prep cycle to make it feel rewarding and still eat what u enjoy

Just started meal prepping, what is the best way to store your meal prep and the best way to heat it? For now my meal prep is just a chicken wrap with lettuce and tomato about 400 calories and 27g protein, i store it in a freezer and heat it on a microwave before eating

I'm reading this webcomic called dud to stud bf (its kinda messed up, I ran out of stuff to read), and they follow this trope of wholesome gym Bros who are super encouraging and uplifting, and they always give the umhealthy MC a chocolate protein shake after each workout and give him a pat on the back.
Just seems like this dude embodies that energy lol I want to eat healthier to help curb my depression, I'm definitely taking notes.

I will be honest there is some jerks but most people whol lift and workout have been so mentally destroyed because of insecurities and other people... that they secretly are big softies in the inside... Fridge if you’re gonna eat it within 5-6 days. Freezer will last way longer than that
