Walk along the flowery Promenade in Montreux Switzerland

Montreux is a resort town on Lake Geneva, Switzerland, near to the border with France. It is reachable with Ferry from surrounded cities such as Geneva (5 hours) and Lausanne (4 hours).
In the video, we are going to walk along the town's promenade that is lined with flowers, sculptures, Mediterranean trees and grand Belle Époque buildings, all the way to the medieval Chillon Castle (Château de Chillon).

Very close to where i went to school, beautiful Area! I believe Charlie Chaplin lived near this area as well! Nice Christmas Market here too, and the veiw of the mountains are gorgeous

Rode the trains past Chillon many times on former visits to Switzerland but never got off to study it up close. A pity! Did wander around a few others including the Castle at Spiez when staying there a couple of times. The vineyards along the river gorges are spectacular anywhere in Europe. A boat ride is always a slow and relaxing way to enjoy the scenery.

We didn't get into Chillon as well due to time constraint, indeed a pity as well.
