A ninja air fryer with frozen steaks cooked from frozen for under 20 minutes with the juices from the bottom with a little water swished around makes a nice sauce add back the fat to the sauce before you serve

I love that this is slow, thoughtful, respectful, raw and real. A thought that I find myself most drawn to is to reach out to God as soon as we wake so as not to give space to anything else at the start of day. Years ago, I found myself going through the first real hardship and reading an hour of Psalms in early mornings seemed to quiet my raging thoughts. These days, in yet another setback, I greet the Lord at dawn but I look towards heaven late at night. I love midnight adorations, there is a stillness conducive to strengthening my faith. Thank you for the talk.

Thank you, Tammy and Queenie. Tammy, as someone in the Orthodox Christian faith, you've helped me with my daily prayers, and my faith in general. I really am thankful for you. Queenie spoke about Mary of Magdala, and it's profound, because I've asked many Priest's to help me with my prayer rule, which is expected of us as Orthodox Christians, but even though it's expected, I've not found much of the guidance from Priest's in regards to daily prayers to be all that helpful from my personal experience. I believe childhood trauma has a lot to do with it. As Orthodox, we're to pray daily to prepare for Holy Communion and keep the fasts as best we can, and if we're not prepared, we are not encouraged to partake in Holy Communion. You can see why, since you yourself have come to understand how imperative prayer is, and fasting helps prayer further, which might also be why you are able to maintain your prayer life. I believe your diet is quite a rigid fast, and I'm glad for you and your family that it appears to be benefiting you. Certainly at present, it is, that's for sure. In this you have also inspired my husband and I. It seems to me that women have a way of communicating that men don't. They have a level of intuition and compassion that men don't often have, being women, not men. Unique and different in their own ways. So thank you, Tammy, for choosing to offer this podcast. To have strong, expressive, and willing women such as yourselves is imperative to help guide other women in ways men can't. Just as we see with Mary of Magdala.

I'm not physically ill, but am always angry with what is going on in the world. The hate. Misguided protests. The attack on children for the sake of not deranging the already deranged and insatiable community. I need to heal this anger. I also just ordered a bible.
I can’t speak for other believers. However, since I came in contact with your husband on CZcams and saw the questions regarding belief he had, I’ve been praying for him. I’m glad to see that at very least among his household faith has taken hold. Though I can’t cite direct evidence, my inner feeling is the Dr. Peterson has gone deeper into that journey as well. All I can do is praise Jesus for His great love and mercy and pray you all come to the full knowledge of the truth and Christ makes a very comfortable home in your hearts through faith. May He continue to heap every spiritual blessing upon you all.

I’ve been incredibly sick lately and it’s made me realize how many attachments I have. From the big things like dictating my schedule to the little things like having coffee. A lot of suffering but hopefully it cleansed my soul
I suffer a lot, too, and have for over 20 years. It can be very depressing. Through the suffering, God is removing those attachments one by one. This, too, can be painful. I don’t know what faith you are, but we Catholics offer our sufferings up to the Lord for the expiation of sins, conversion of sinners, and for the Holy souls in Purgatory. Unite your sufferings to the Holy Cross of Jesus and the Masses said throughout the world. You can look up ‘Catholic morning offering prayer’ or construct your own. May God bless you with a return to health. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

I know that the friend that visited you at the hospital is Catholic. She can help you to learn more about the meaning of the mass and most importantly about the wonderful gift of the Eucharist. My 28 year old daughter is suffering in the hospital right now in tremendous unrelenting pain. She has a terminal untreatable rare cancer. We are all fully relying on God and hoping for a miracle. Talking about suffering when it’s in hindsight is so much easier than when you are in the thick of it. She was only given a couple months to live. She has 3 very small children. No child should have to live without their mother. But that isn’t our call to make. It’s very difficult to hang on to Romans 8:28!! And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. Please in your charity pray for a miracle for our daughter, Brianna We know not everyone gets a miracle …. And please pray for our family to accept His Divine Will. The worst part is accepting that God might want her more than saving her so she can take care of her babies that cry for her to be able to return to them and to be able to hold them and sing to them goodnight and raise them for the glory of God.
I'll pray for your daughter. Fasting will stop the growth of the cancer and then eating only Meat and drinking water will also stop the growth in cancer. Look up paleomedicina doctors in Hungary who put cancer patients on a carnivore diet.

It was Cameron Fradd, wife of the popular Matt Fradd, ‘Pints with Aquinas’ channel, talking about how the Carnivore diet was healing her. I hope it’s not too late for your daughter to try it. Trust, God can do all things. Have her do what Tammy says in her comment to you, if she can. May God heal your daughter, so that she will be able to raise her children. @@suew4609 The difficult thing for her is that because it’s a GI cancer and she has a partial blockage she can’t eat or drink by mouth. She has IV fluids and TPN for her nutrition that goes right into her port. If by a miracle her partial blockage gets healed there are many more options. Not every cancer responds to surgery or chemotherapy and she was given no hope back in September. She had changed to a mostly only meat only diet before she got cancer . She has eaten clean for many years. No smoking , no drinking ever, no sugar …. Apparently her cancer is rare but on the rise in young women. Adenocarcinoma with signet ring cell features that started in the appendix and metasticized. God is our only hope!!! She is still alive against all odds and hoping & fighting to live for her children. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@anitacerny7626 Sure it’s easier in hindsight, but being through a terrible illness often leaves behind trauma, like PTSD. It’s so terrible when young people get these cancers. My heart cries for you😢 Two of my daughter’s friends, who are in their late 30s, are fighting rare cancers. They have young children, too, and have been given months to live. I can hardly believe it has happened to both of them, so close together. Some say that the Covid vaccines have caused them. I have been suffering from severe pain for 20+ years, and don’t expect a cure anymore. I just want the grace to live with God’s will. I am trying the Carnivore diet, still hoping, but not expecting. I will offer up my pain for the healing of your daughter, Brianna. It’s good that you have a strong faith, it will help her. God bless Brianna, you, her children, and your whole family.🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
God wants us to only have faith in Him. Not put our faith into anything else. I believe God showed you what it is to have faith only in Him when He healed you . Adenocarcinoma with signet ring cell features that started in the appendix and metasticized.

@@anitacerny7626 Sure it’s easier in hindsight, but being through a terrible illness often leaves behind trauma, like PTSD. It’s so terrible when young people get these cancers. My heart cries for you😢 Two of my daughter’s friends, who are in their late 30s, are fighting rare cancers. They have young children, too, and have been given months to live. I can hardly believe it has happened to both of them, so close together. Some say that the Covid vaccines have caused them. I have been suffering from severe pain for 20+ years, and don’t expect a cure anymore. I just want the grace to live with God’s will. I am trying the Carnivore diet, still hoping, but not expecting. I will offer up my pain for the healing of your daughter, Brianna. It’s good that you have a strong faith, it will help her. God bless Brianna, you, her children, and your whole family.🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

I thought I was going to die when I got sick for the last 3 years and astrology made sense like catholicism made sense to you. I had to make piece together the insanity of illness - I felt the depths of pain in my body and my mind and it was overwhelming. I'm grateful to anything that brings comfort to those who suffer.
