This monster is what brought me to playing longsword.
I remember the first time I beat it with longsword, I killed it in around 28 min lol and I didn't play with friends or SOS.
I really learned a lot in my previous fight with At nergigante, how to master the longsword.
and I'm now revisiting it with my new playstyle!

Obviously, it would just take longer for no benefit to him or us. Clearly he knows the patterns well enough to go almost hitless, so the only difference would be significantly lower DPS.
Real mans don't use master rank weapons to kill high rank monster
Why spend 20 min when you only need to spend 5 min?
Real men are efficient with their time. If you can do a run hitless then sacrificing some DPS just means it will take longer for no reason.. If you can do what he did in this video, there's not really anything else you can learn about the fight. Doing it with Fatalis weapons or with base Iron Blade 1 is irrelevant to everything except DPS, and would just make the video unnecessarily long.

Foresight, if you get a successful counter and the slash hits, you can do the roundslash
i'm newbie. So... How you can recovery health while acttack? Each hit recover a mount heath.
That's called Health regeneration augmentation on the weapon!
you can augment your weapons when you finish the story and have access to the Guiding Lands, there you will get the materials to do that...

@@ricecake3544 the fuck drugs you on? its near identical, if anything harder because of bleed being frustrating with how relentless nergi and ruiner nergi can be unless you stagger or exhaust him enough.
@@XxWarmancxX ruiner is literally a dps check, he can only do one move if you do enough damage, which is the roar and slam
@@ricecake3544 and not everyone uses speedrunner stuff- normal nergi is literally the same fight but in HR and without the admittedly annoying bleed.
