u can swap out the item prolonger with health boost lvl 3, for non speedrunner
fatalis LS: Expert jewel+4 x2
Rimeguard Helm: Mighty/Evasion 4, Critical/Evasion4, Vitality 1
Rimeguard Mail: Flight/Attack 4, Might 2, Attack 1
Rimeguard Vam: Tenderizer/Vitality 4, Critical 2
Dragonbarbs a: Tenderizer/Vitality 4, Sharp 2, Shaver 3
Rimeguard Grea: Critical/Evasion 4, Might 2
Attack Charm 5
mantle of your choice
(HAS SHARPNESS ISSUE) if your playing with ur squad just let them tenderize
with this you'll get 105%Crits and full health and a airbone who love to use the attack thats jumping of the edge and doing it again and again (idk what its called)
BTW you can change the flight/attack to sheath/attack if you like to have full lvl of Quick Sheath

Ice attack 5 comes from the AT Velkhana set and I'm pretty sure frost craft is a 4 piece set bonus from the same armor.

Frostcraft is 4 piece set bonus, ice attack 6 comes with the armor set but is irrelevant.
