    this is an eye opener for me sir, i need to do the same it's been years since i went to my pcp baka mabulaga din ako..dto kasi sa 🇺🇸 we are too bussy at work, pati sa bahay work padin and taking care of kids...importante talaga unahin ang health kasi may mga maliliit pa po na anak...
    sir ingat po kayo sa mga kinakain..diabetes and high cholesterol = high risk for stroke and ❤️ disease..nowadays pabata ng pabata po nagkaka MI and Stroke diba i guess malaking factor din yung kinakain natin...let's all be cautious!

    Try to walk 10 minutes an hour after you eat your breakfast,lunch and dinner,instead of walking 30 minutes or more every day.Or try to eat just 2x a day kung kaya mo.Nasa diet talaga pag dating sa diabetes 😩🙏🏻

    Uy same! Wala sa edad or katawan ng tao yan, nasa kind of diet talaga. May annual vitality screening kami sa work na may $800 credit sa health insurance the next year. Last year ko lang nagawa at tsaka ko nalaman na boundary nako sa prediabetes at taas mga cholesterol.haha for the healthy living na talaga to this uear.

    same. need ko din maintain yung cholesterol dahil normal tapos tataas then bababa. pati triglycerides mataas. more than 4 years na akong no meat pero ganun pa din.
