Installing a 240sx turbo kit(ep1, hot side) on my 1991 Nissan Hardbody Mini Truck Lowrider!

- It’s time!!! Finally starting the turbo project on my Nissan hardbody! Looking to run about 7 PSI of boost and make 230HP on stock injectors with pump gas. Episode 1 is purely the exhaust side of the turbo system and episode 2 will be the cold side of the system.(Going to install an AIR TO WATER INTERCOOLER.) We also hooked up (3) 2-1/16” Phantom Series gauges from Auto Meter. Boost/vacuum, Wideband and oil pressure. Like, comment, share and SUBSCRIBE to keep up the build! What a good way to start my Sunday! Got my coffee and Edward slaps a turbo on the hardbody!? Also I like to use 10w30 on turbo EJs so the extra heat doesn’t break down the oil as fast as 5w30.

Yeah man, life happens. I switched up jobs, an unexpected home repair and then the holidays came around. Progress has been made! Good way to start the year!
my d21... Clutch fork t shakes have to bleed the slave every 3 days is that because the clutch fork is shaking the piston of the slave cylinder letting errand to the system because it's not leaking I've checked for months and months???😢😢It all started when I installed a luck clutch kit

I definitely thought about it. I was going wrap it with something but didn’t get that far. Engine is already out right now lol
Check out exhaust wraps, works great on motorcycle exhausts to keep some heat off the legs 👍😎 should work good to keep the AC plumbing good

Are those wheels 144 spoke McLeans or Roadsters.. Crazy you got a scooter like mine and a throwback Low Rider. I have a Suzuki Samari on 13 X7 Daytons
Whats up man thanks for watching! They are actually 88 spoke Crown Wire Wheels from 1991. 15x8. It’s a set of five, got the fifth wheel on the tailgate!
