Good video, thank you. I need to know how to change the strings out all the way also. I have an old saddle and the strings are rotted. It’s really just a sentimental saddle but I’ve been considering putting new strings on….same slotted concho on a leather button just like you’ve demonstrated here. I’m not brave enough to peel the fuzzy lining back but I might be if I saw a video :)
