- The Zealot S2 is a belt-driven all-purpose electric longboard built on Backfire's fifth generation platform.
It is priced at $849 and is available now at the following links.

The board has a 14s 2p battery pack with a voltage of 58.8 volts and utilizes Samsung 40t cells with a single capacity of 4000 milliamps and a discharge of 30 amps. The battery capacity is 403 Watt hours.
The Zealot S2 is equipped with dual 875 watt 5255 belt motors, outputting a total power of 1750 Watts, and a 60-amp electronic speed controller.
It comes with gravity cast trucks and 96mm traditional polyurethane wheels.
On a good slope-free road, the board can achieve a range of 44 to 48 kilometers (28 to 30 miles) with an 80kg (180lb) rider.

I've been using a regular zealot for about 2 years every couple days. Everything is the same as day one specially the batteries I swear. It was one of the best things I've ever bought in my entire life. I ABSOLUTLY recommend anything this company makes.

After about a week of research, i bought the Zealot S being on sale and all that. Plus im brand new to hobby. Ill definitely be looking into the s2 or X as upgrades in about a years time.

I've be researching e-boards for a while now, and I'm really interested in this awesome board! Quick question regarding the braking: does this board have locking brakes? I may be using incorrect terminology, but what I mean is, will the brakes hold the rider in a stopped position while stationary and when on a slight incline?
I'm an amateur traditional longboarder, have a 41" drop deck for recreational cruising around flat trails and such, so e-boards are a whole new world for me and I'm excited! Thanks in advance for the help!
Stoked to hear it! The brakes will hold for a moment but will slightly start to roll if on an incline for more than a couple seconds.

Can I choose the air shipping option to Canada, instead of waiting until April 24th?

@@bricks4reivew why so? Air shipping time is 7 to 20 business days, so if I order now it should come before 24th April, right?
@Nishad Rajmalwar I already contacted support but they said that cargo planes to Canada from China are not frequent. I'm pretty sure they shipped their initial stock to the US now. So in the end they arrive in mid April so then they ship those to Canada.

Very interesting board and new updates. Please Keith help Backfire correct the text describing this new board on their webpage. When you launch something high end/new and the text, spelling and grammar looks almost unreadable it takes some away from the new and fantastic message.

Higher voltage the lower the range...only the speed is higher

Gravity casting is the oldest form of casting there is. Do not make it inadequate but the Zealot has forged trucks. Still this board seems interesting with some new features. Make sure not to send it to Daniel Kwan since he is bought by Exway. Cheers
