How were the staff? I have read complaints on the internet that the staff at Hotel Hermitage are rude(which is why I don't go there). Did you experience any rudeness?

Anonymous I found the staff really professional and friendly to be honest! I felt really welcome there and certainly didn't encounter any rude staff - I'd recommend it! :)

The staff are friendly but not familiar. It's a formal hotel and guests are treated like guests...not friends. It's beautiful.
