back when i was doing college apps, i was so STRESSED about choosing a major (i chose computer science - but switched out afterwards), thinking that it'd dictate what my the rest of my life will look like. but how do i figure that out if I don't even know what I want to do in life? how do i find my dream job? how do I know what my passions are? will my decisions now really affect the rest of my future?
well calm down friend!! in this video, I hope to bring you guys some comfort if you don't know what you want to do in life! i've been there, so here are things I wished I knew.
quick disclaimer - these are just based on my own experiences!! if you have other advice, I'm totally open to learning about those too, and im sure others will as well, so please share them in the comments below :)

Hi! Thank you for this video - it was great. I found you through your cognitive science video (also great)! My daughter is a high school freshman and at this time things are getting serious with planning classes for the next three years which slowly feels like planning the rest of her life. I feel like she could relate to a lot of your viewpoints especially when it comes to self-expectations, “playing it safe”, trying to be as successful as your parents, trying to predict the future, etc. So I hope to shares these videos with her. But as a side request could you make a video regarding overthinking your future in high school? Or put another way what you’d focus on if you went through high school knowing what you know now?
