Its a gorgeous hike. Some lady brought her dog and they barely caught it when it tried to jump off after a bird 🐦. Amen 👍 truth 👍 it was 😲 oh no not a good thing. Amen 👍 truth 👍 pray 👍 always 👍 AMEN 👍
Oh wow
Man, that is pretty, looks like a beautiful day with he family. Good for y'all, I am glad y'all could get out and make a great trail hike. My wife and I use mono pods for walking sticks, so we have a spot to mount the camera if it is needed as well.
I can picture Hawk Girl and Jay riding that trail I am not that skilled. But man o Live is it beautiful.
hehehe, tough call. hehehe. Angie said you are in trouble. hehehehe
Yeah, If you are going to be stupid, do it when you are young and can still recovery quickly. ehhehee.
I hope y'all all have a blessed week.
I love how you guys have simple gear anyone can afford and your out in the woods just experiencing it. This is great this is what hiking is all about
That’s hikin for poor folks
Wow! That's impressive!
It’s a fun trail and there is a lot more to it
Nice hiking trail, looks like you all had fun.
It's a good one. We will be doing several more
This area has tons of hikes. Also in the fall of every year there is a gathering of hikers, climbers with guided tours do the area.
We have been to a few of them, I would like to go to some more of them. Beautiful area!
I live close to the blue ridge mountains, but I want to go hiking in the Ozarks sometime.
+robert boyles well down around Ponca Arkansas is hard to beat
Great Video!
Thanks Mr Outdoors!
no i haven't been there but I want to now. those bluffs were hogh and the views were amazing. how long is the trail and where is the trail head
The trail head is called Centerpoint and it is just a couple miles east of Ponca on hwy 43. Fire tower road is on the north side of the hwy and the trail head in on the south side. You go down the Centerpoint trail for a gold couple miles and you come to a small clearing and a fire ring. Then you can see that small trail marker that says Goat Trail.
What a great spring hike. Can you make it a loop? I have had an addiction to camping near the edge. Can't explain why other than the view. This would be a great place for that.
Can't loop that one. Unless you came repel lol
azdesertdog yes you can make a loop of it. Follow the goat trail down to the river and keep making left turns. Ends up being just shy of 10 miles.
+DunWheezy Sweet ! We plan on going back this spring. Thanks
@@WOODZMAN ,why didn’t you complete the whole thing? The trail keeps going, make a good day of it next time out.
Yea we plan to go back and do the whole thing.
Great Trail! Looks like you guys had a nice hike. Fair warning, Don't create a fire inside a dug out cliff. It takes very little direct heat to blow out rock and cause a collapse in the overhanging rock. Be safe ;) Enjoy the nature!
+John Thanks for watching John, yea it's a great place to go
love the video. I can't wait to get out and hike again.
what was your favorite part of the trail. any tips for me if i go out there??
The best part it where I videoed, wear good shoes because it’s a long walk and take plenty of water
Going here in June to backpack for 4 days. Coming from Toledo Ohio
Awesome
Awesome!
We just hiked a trail right by this one. Posted a video if you want to check it out!
Awesome, will do
lets ride that trail on the crfs lol
That would be fun !
Those are actually junipers not cedars
Love your videos, but can't watch them. You move the camera around WAY too fast! Move it much slower when you're filming and give us more time to watch what you were seeing. I get so bad motion sick from the camera movement I have to stop watching.
Lol I’ll try to slow down
Thank you! I learned the hard way with my videos. People got onto me for moving around too fast. You never notice it if youre the one looking thru the viewfinder. We live less than 2 hours from Jasper and go there often. I will be checking your other vids out, and am subscribed now.
I need to do this hike. Awesome
Its a good one!
