    Man, that is pretty, looks like a beautiful day with he family. Good for y'all, I am glad y'all could get out and make a great trail hike. My wife and I use mono pods for walking sticks, so we have a spot to mount the camera if it is needed as well.
    I can picture Hawk Girl and Jay riding that trail I am not that skilled. But man o Live is it beautiful.

    This area has tons of hikes. Also in the fall of every year there is a gathering of hikers, climbers with guided tours do the area.

  • @JoplinOutdoorAdventures

    Great Video!

  • @CavemanOutdoorsMissouri

    no i haven't been there but I want to now. those bluffs were hogh and the views were amazing. how long is the trail and where is the trail head

    • @WOODZMAN
      @WOODZMAN  Před 8 lety

      The trail head is called Centerpoint and it is just a couple miles east of Ponca on hwy 43. Fire tower road is on the north side of the hwy and the trail head in on the south side. You go down the Centerpoint trail for a gold couple miles and you come to a small clearing and a fire ring. Then you can see that small trail marker that says Goat Trail.

    What a great spring hike. Can you make it a loop? I have had an addiction to camping near the edge. Can't explain why other than the view. This would be a great place for that.

    • @WOODZMAN
      @WOODZMAN  Před 8 lety +1

      Can't loop that one. Unless you came repel lol

    • @dylandunlap212
      @dylandunlap212 Před 7 lety

      azdesertdog yes you can make a loop of it. Follow the goat trail down to the river and keep making left turns. Ends up being just shy of 10 miles.

    Great Trail! Looks like you guys had a nice hike. Fair warning, Don't create a fire inside a dug out cliff. It takes very little direct heat to blow out rock and cause a collapse in the overhanging rock. Be safe ;) Enjoy the nature!

    Love your videos, but can't watch them. You move the camera around WAY too fast! Move it much slower when you're filming and give us more time to watch what you were seeing. I get so bad motion sick from the camera movement I have to stop watching.

    • @WOODZMAN

      Thank you! I learned the hard way with my videos. People got onto me for moving around too fast. You never notice it if youre the one looking thru the viewfinder. We live less than 2 hours from Jasper and go there often. I will be checking your other vids out, and am subscribed now.
