yes, I think some folks are stuck in the pandemic mass psychosis of sterile environment living. Folks need to drop that fakery and get to reality of living, non-hospital looking spaces, and have some character and color in a resalable and tasteful manner.

I'm a realtor in Malibu. I know this house. It was listed on the market for $50m, it sold for $40m. This wasn't steal, that list to sold price ratio is about what you expect when dealing in those price points. Given the current market, there is no way this would come close to fetching $80m today.

😍 the house is really good. It was easy to feel cozy in this huge real estate environment with the way Grant talked about it. I loved the ocean views and the minimalist light coloured set up. I feel uplifted after watching this video. How much we can transform our lives and such. Thanks so much ❤

It's the ocean sounds for me. I would always sleep with the glass doors open just to have that sound sweep me off to the dream land.
You've obviously never slept that close to the beach. It's loud! Makes it really hard to sleep. I hated living on the beach.

What a great discussion between Enes and Grant! That home was such a unique treasure on the Pacific. Anyone cam make a pile of money, but it is not possible to go out and replicate a property like that one. Very inspiring!
