Property Description:"Aspen is arguably the premier ski resort destination in the world. There are only five single-family homes on Aspen Mountain. The most iconic residence with a storied history boasts 14,000 square feet, ten bedrooms, and greater than a football field of true ski-in, ski-out ski access. There simply is nothing else like it. Just a few hundred yards from The Aspen Mountain Gondola on 1.4 acres on Ajax! Private, wooded, nestled in a grove of Aspen trees. This is Georgica Pond in East Hampton, S. Ocean Blvd. in Palm Beach, or 220 Central Park South. Held by the same family for decades, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own Aspen's best address."

Enes, Mikey and Company have become in my opinion the premier walk through channel of luxury homes. There are many that try, but you guys have it down to an art. I personally liked the $42M ski in/out property in Park City a little more than this one, but that's just a matter of personal taste. (not to mention Utah has better powder than Colorado :) Fantastic tour!
thank you so much, Steven! we try our best :)
That Mikey interrupting Enes once in a while, sharing his opinion and whatnot... is very irritating and annoying. He must keep his mouth shut. He's just a camera man and he has no knowledge about architecture or real estate, in the first place. Keep him behind the camera all the time please, and don't let him speak. His voice is very irritating.
@@rotneder2814 bruuhhhh u r toxic af💀
@@rotneder2814 Woah, calm down J'mal! Don't pull out the 9.
@@rotneder2814 I like hearing his opinion! Always nice to hear another person's perspective
This is 58 million dollars more than Casteel Creek with less than half the amenities and features. Beautiful home, but let's be honest, 60 million of it is in the name of 'Aspen'.
i literally just posted almost the same without scrolling. i said that it goes for 65 million in 18 months... 😁
And parking is for "one car" "assigned". What does that even mean? Do you get an assigned parking space included somewhere offsite for $100Million and no other parking, no garage? Who would buy a home for $100 million without garage parking? Oy vey!
I think they can't Tour all things private restrictions
Agreed. Location is ok, exterior is interesting, but the modern interior feels a bit meh. Seen some nicer homes on here for way less
@@weege001 yeah 100 million seems like a publicity stunt
I’m loving all the mountain/countryside homes you’re touring in Utah and Colorado!! Can’t wait to watch this one!!
Hope you enjoy!
Agreed. Pricey, but much better than all those glass aquariums.
This is some facts fosho! 💯
@@EnesYilmazer that house is gay bro
Too bad most of us can afford even a manufactured home.
Damn. You guys are usually very good at being thorough and helping us follow where we actually are in the house but this one is alllll over the place. Also this house is worth no where near 100 mil
Yeah. For a hundred million dollars I'd probably be buying something where my neighbor isn't close enough for me to jump onto their roof from my balcony.
Probably a 10-20 million dollar home at best.
Yea I wasn't impressed with this one. For 100m I was expecting better.
@@jacobdunnam693 ITs the sacrifice you make for ski in, ski out places. If you want more space you have to move away from the ski resort. You could get much more land with the same house for much less, a mile away from the resort. You arent familiar with the market for this type of location, its worth far more than 10-20m lol.
@@finstor3386lol imagine being so brainwashed by modern BS you actually think this is worth $100mil
@@johnnythropscaut7920 I cant imagine thinking its worth 20m. ITs worth what it is because some people have so much money, they have nothing left in the world to spend it on. So they pay these silly prices. The vast majority of these outrageous properties are owned by people parking/hiding money, and they never even see them. These videos are just advertisements for Oligarchs and people of that nature.
I love how this home has it's opulence, but also seems very approachable. A lot of homes featured on this channel have furniture or other aspects that seem too showy or uncomfortable to use in day to day living. But the furniture in this house, and even the colors and tones seem like a place where I actually want to go, sit down, and relax with my family and buddies.
thank you! i just want to showcase the most luxurious properties in the world for you guys!
100 Mio and no garage??? So before leaving, you are forced to send the staff down to defrost your cars? Also, instead of having nice mountain views, you see the cables of the ski lifts year in year out with people looking into your windows, possibly accidently landing in your backyard and using it as a restroom. Yes, the foyer was really impressive, but the rest 8/10.
I would put down some finished garages. They do the job and only costs you 10 grand per garage so the expenses arent that high on top of the 100 million
My thougts exactly! I think this house is overrated, especially for 100 Mi
No garage must have been built buy a liberal car hater.
@@Magnus-m I think they can't Tour all Things Private Restrictions
Not to mentioned the generic chandelier ps, which aren’t generic to us, but they are obtainable by most for a less than $600 for most. $100 mil home, I want to see custom light fixtures that were commissioned for thousands.
Just when you think you've seen the best, Enes surprises us again and again.
love that, thank you!!
This is nowhere near the best theyve toured
⭐️⭐️
@@EnesYilmazer crazy! I just moved to Aspen, but I'm not wealthy. Yet!!!!
and again.
I love your tours Enes and Mikey; I believe Enes brings magic to each detail while he speaks with so enthusiasm and admiringly. And of course Mikey’s camera brings magic to all properties’ each corner. He always catch the best points of views and most interesting angles and creates magical moods. Thanks for your hard and excellent work Enes and Mikey and all the team👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Yet another great home you had the privilege of sharing with us. I heard Aspen was upscale, but wow. It's insanely beautiful. The foyer alone is epic. This is definitely a skier's paradise. Thanks for sharing this with us. Keep up the good work, Enes. You rock! 😄👍
veery nice you should do the porsteetoot
The homes shown on this channel are never the same. Each is unique and some properties like this really take the cake. The homes shown here do not simply come with a high price tag but the architecture is fantastic. Great going guys, Enes is excellent at describing the subtle details and the uniqueness of different architecture.
Awesome tour. Im an Electrician In Aspen, Colorado and seen some of the most expensive and beautiful homes. Just finished a 15,000SQFT build. Great content.
I am spoiled from binge watching all the marvelous homes since I just discovered this channel.
I noticed how much the bathrooms look like the ones I've had in my college apartments, from the 1970's. Get in, do the deed and then leave! LOL
If you're rich, love to ski, and hanging out with other rich folks, then this is great house.
Seriously aspirational living.
Been watching this channel a while and you can see how Mikey & Co. have improved the editing in this channel immensely all while Enis has been more thorough and efficient. Great work to all. Will never afford a house on here but enjoy the quality of the content.
happy to hear that! keep dreaming big!
The production on these videos has gotten so good. Shoutout to Enes for always killing it. Best tours!
I love the elevator and access to the gate, it feels mysterious!
The view outside the balcony is really priceless, like a 3D painting!
The backyard is the ski area, which is really convenient!
I love the mansion presented by Enes, thanks for sharing! 👍😄🙏
I like this house. It has the conzeption, it has the finishes to create a variety of atmospheres so even a "beginner" in truely valueing his or her surroundings can find themselves there, it has the possibility to part the units, it has the access to the community (for extroverts) but also the apartness (for introverts), it makes very good use of light and view... really good, very thoughtrough, my compliments for the architects.
Incredibly beautiful. No other words to express this piece of art. Not only the house but all the nature surrounding it.
well said!
Enes had just recently presented an absolutely fantastic home located in between two lakes and priced for only 4 million dollars.
That house was infinitely more attractive in every way than this mansion for 25 times the price.
Exactly. This was a hotel, with an insane price just for the sake of having an insane price. Devoid of feeling.
100 percent same thoughts here
No no no, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to spend 100 million dollars...
Agree, the Wisconsin lake home had character throughout and a coherent style.
Only 4 million dollars... in what fucking bubble world are you living?
best channel about luxury estate by far. you guys did a really good job between professionalism and authenticity
we're honored! 🙏🏻
Very likeable pair and very good teamwork. I will never in my life live in a 7 figure home but i feel lucky to even have a home, i still greatly enjoy watching how you and your partner passionately tour these properties. The chemistry you possess with Mikey the cameraman is one of the things i enjoy the most in your videos. I think it's important for everyone to feel content and lucky with what you got. Also you remind me of my lawyer.
thank you for your support! appreciate it!
One thing I remember from living in Colorado is that besides the smell of pine trees , the dirt smelled good to. Beautiful oart of our country.
Enes, another beautiful home, the landscape is just stunning. thanks to you Enes, Mikey and the crew for allowing us into these beautiful homes., seeing them through Mikey's lenses and your detailed descriptions is a wonderful treat. Thanks, you and love from NY.
Enes, you are amazing and wonderful to watch. I will never understand these expensive houses that have massively oversized kitchens and entertainment sitting rooms, yet the bedrooms are TINY! Why don't they design larger bedrooms? The primary bedroom is stunning, but the other bedrooms are ridiculously small. Thank you, Enes, for showing us another gorgeous property.
Ends you do such great job of creating a vision for a lot of ppl who can never live in the properties u show. But u do give everyone an opportunity to visualize what your showing them and cause one’s mind to indulge mentally . Wonderful job.
imagine spending 100m on 1.4 acres
with interior worth 5m only. Talking about location.
@@hatersgonnalovethis nah i think more than 5mill but still nowhere near 100mill
Bruh you can walk out your back door and ski Aspen lol
You've obviously never been to Aspen... lol
Nope. Not even if I could. That house is about as homely as a hospital.
One thing about you guys, you replace yourselves on the charts cause when we think that we’ve seen the best houses. You come up with even more best one. I love that 😍😍
The entrance elevator is a complete shower stopper!🤩 The bar/sunroom with the view is also intoxicating. I usually see no practical use to purchase a home of that expense but this may be that exception. This home was constructed with such immense passion I can definitely feel the vision the architect was going for.
The lighting and the layout of this house is amazing. Very relaxing and cheerful.
after watching a few of Enes videos I realized how meditative his constant narration is, there is just a waterfall of words that lure you in :D and a pretty impressive skill to keep on talking without any pause ;)
There are so many beautiful homes in the mountains of Colorado, and Aspen is one impressive example.
We used to vacation in Aspen in the summers back in the 70’s. It has changed a lot.
Scenery, Views, Fresh air, is the only reason why I would move to the mountains. Not just Aspen, but others towns
Amazing house, right near downtown Aspen and yet on the ski runs. Since the house was described as hosting presidents and celebrities, it was easy to look up the original builder, Chris Hemmeter, a real estate developer of many mega resorts in Hawaii had the place built in the early 70's. Sold to the Marshall Field family in 1980 who then sold to an entrepreneur in 1996 for $10 Million. Quite a price increase since that last sale. Lots of remodeling before this sale too. Quite a tour.
I knew this was going to be a top 10 tour once the elevator taking you to the entrance bridge was detailed, the location, the art, materials, integration with nature. And oh by the way next notch above in the production, the music, editing, transitions, vibe set...how you guys keep leveling up when it's already the best on CZcams is beyond me! Bravo 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks Tony🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
You are an inspiration, Enes. I have always enjoyed your videos. Such a great balance of perspective, insight, and knowledge. Also love the production quality. Second to none. Thank you and keep it up.
That's lovely ♥Imagine waking up on Christmas morning with that view.
Good job on the video as usual, and this property has such beautiful views.
I've been eyeing this home for so long now...Really exciting to see a good tour. Thanks again Enes and team.
U keep reaching the bar keep showing better in better homes blessings to you guy keep on grinding wish you all nothing but the best best life!!! best health health is wealth, Thank u guys for all u do much appreciated 👍💯🔥
LIKE, LIKE, LIKE. I like what I see although I can't ski. I can't imagine residing in such an expensive accommodation, but it was a blast watching this video. I always look forward to watching Enes's videos each week, knowing that it's always top of the range. :)
We love Aspen! We ski every February and prefer the accommodations of the St. Regis. Fantastic property, seems extremely overpriced. For $100,000,000, it should be at least 30,000 square feet. Thanks Enes.
Really the house isn't that nice. Needs a lot of remodel work. Cheap materials in areas and poor landscaping. I think its worth a 1/10th of the asking.
This is the type of property that is never owned by a homeowner. It will be bought by private equity, or a luxury rental company, basically by someone who can charge elites $1 mil a week to rent it
No one is going to rent this for 1M a week. Not even Billionaires.
It seems there are vastly more properties priced at $100m+, than actually sell at $100m+. In 2021 I believe the numbers were just 8 U.S. sales over $100m, and another ~32 over $50m. And this represents a very strong year, most years have smaller quantities.
That home has quite the pedigree. Not surprising for that area. It must be a great place for chefs and housekeepers to find jobs. I noticed several desks. Usually the homes we see will have one specified office. As you said, it would be magnificent in the winter. How convenient to be so close to the ski slopes. Nice to hear Mikey's back. All is right with the world. LOL
Enes, you continue to amaze me every day. All the properties that you have had the opportunity to tour, all the places you have been, all the experiences you have had are unbelievable and the fact that you share them with us via social media is even nicer. If you are looking for more good homes to tour, I would suggest maybe one day looking into visiting the DC area. Here there are some very expensive properties that I go by and I always think to myself “I wonder what opportunities could Enes get here?” I hope you consider that for future trips and I can’t wait to see the upcoming house tours you have scheduled.
All noted, Elliott. I will certainly keep them in mind!
I agree. I've lived in Norhern Virginia my whole life and some of the properties in Arlington, Great falls, McLean etc. are absolutely incredible.
Glad to see you all in my home state! Colorado is full of beauty!
the interior design is so elegant 11:22 I mean look at the windows, they could have a simple big glass windows but its beautiful with two little ones near the roof and a bigger one piece windows bellow, it looks so good
I think it would be amazing if you could visit countries in the southern hemisphere during their summer season. Places like Cape Town and St Francis Bay in South Africa, or even Australia. Could add some serious variation and put some other amazing destinations on the property map.
thanks for the feedback!
Evde esimle pazar sabahlari sizin kanali izlemek, muthis bir keyif !
Awesome video as always Ends, I love your tours and how thorough you are. This house is stunning! Only thing I never understand is how anyone would want to live with windows all around the house easily allowing others to view you from the outside. It's like living in a fish bowl, (a very nice fish bowl, but you get the idea, haha). Many houses do this and I feel like I'm the only one on earth that wants to shut everything for some privacy -- especially at night. Once again, incredible video, thank you for all of the work you, Mikey and co. put in.
This is insanely beautiful!
Luckily you have the opportunity to tour these homes so we can see for ourselves how beautiful they are through your videos!!!
This video is so top-notch good, i just don't know how to explain it. Just awesome, mind blowing! Love you Enes and team
I was flown into Aspen one year in the 80's (can't recall the exact year) to cater a party at this home between Christmas and New Year's Eve for 150 guests. It was the biggest event of the season. Aspen is where all the celeb's went back then, especially that specific week. The guests were all A list movie and TV stars, the richest people in America, as well as some Senator's and Congressmen. Just about all the guests were on the top floor alone, that's how big it is. I especially remember that nobody seemed to have an appetite as almost all the food was leftover. I wonder why that was?? 😉 It took me two days to prep and afterwards I stayed for two days and skied out of that back room from the what was then called the "mud room". I slept in a condo close by that was also owned by the owner at that time. This wasn't even close to the opulence of main residence of the owner. His home in BH at that time was 70,000 sq feet.
Well, don't keep us in the dark and suspense. Why didn't anyone have an appetite? ;-)
Actually, why did no one have appetite?
@@chcookie7890 Come on man, it was the eighties. lol
@@sampsalol I'm making a joke, actually. (somewhat)
The event started early but the majority showed up well after dinner.
Who at that time was the owner?
It has an 80's cruise ship feel.
😂
you are definitely the best Enes. Each spectacular intro, each house more spectacular. And I just imagine myself in all of them enjoying the views and comforts. I admire you I love you Kiss from Spain 👏🙄❤
Never realized Aspen, pretty close to where I grew up, was so famous worldwide. Great property!

Y'know, Mikey, the quality of these videos astounds me every time.
That is a dream house! You are doing amazing on these homes tours! That bridge and foyer is awesome. Hope you enjoy your labor day :)
I was thinking “damn. This house is awkwardly designed with the random kitchen post and strange layout. Style is like a mix between modern and transitional and something else to me. Until I realized It was built in 1979 and remodeled and I was like “oh ok. This makes so much more sense now. Now I respect for whoever did the remodel”
