    While the final result is really cool, this is perhaps one of the worst tutorials I've ever seen. Nothing is explained, it goes super fast, you cannot see clearly whats being selected, indications are extremelly unclear alltogether.

    To 3D Newbies!!! CZcams playback settings on the video itself, drop this tutorial to .5 speed. It helps. This should also help you save time in other tutorials, i.e if the person talks really slowly you can also speed it up :)

      You can do something similar with a Brick Generator (under Texture).

    I'm new and got confused with Substance Painter and Substance Designer.
    For creating a texture like this one (Brick) which Substance app should we use?

    • @Krasov92
      @Krasov92 Před 5 lety +7

      Usually it's substance designer that you use to make such Material, but here the author used painter instead. You can get same result in both programs, but designer gives you a much deeper control of the single substance, while painter is more flexible in applying them.

    Can you make a more detailed explanation of what you did? Just slow down, you don't have to speak if you don't want to... Or at least upload a higher quality version. Even when I slow down the video playback, I can barely see the title of what you're clicking on while at the highest quality CZcams can provide.

    • @harsh7308
      @harsh7308 Před 4 lety +2

      To make the textures seamless all you need to do is create a fill layer, in the fill column it has properties and then you will see projection which is UV projection by default just change it to Tri planar projection.
