Goredrinker standard, black cleaver if they build armor if not shojin second. Frozen heart if autos and armor or spirit visage if they have ap, u can always go GA 5th or 6th

PC doesn't make a difference in lol it's low demand. 60 fps is good enough which even CPU only can handle.
Max you can do is 90-120 fps if you have a monitor that supports it, a cheap GPU can handle that.

At around 07:00 mark you messed up a possible play that was set by Braum. He used his ability to start the stack onto enemy and you instead focused tower. Please don't take this the wrong way, im nowhere near your level, just saying like "Hey look this was possible!", Dont take it personally :D
