Hi. I just bought a Viewsonic pen. VB-PEN-002. and it is not working with my TD2465. I might be doing something wrong, or it is not compatible. Can you please give me directions on how to solve the issue? Thanks
is it like a black mirror when turned off (direct reflection), or is it matte (diffuse reflection)? I think if one hates reflections, the TD2455 is better?

Passive, active pen can be used without the hassle of installing drivers. Click functions are even enabled for pencils. HoweverTD2465 does not support pressure sensitivity and tilt functions for pen writing. Thank you.
