    You know, kids used to bother me as well until one day I vented to a friend about how I don't know why mothers let their kids run around in the first place because it messes up my flow. The friend reminded me that our Prophet used to pray in the middle of wars and kids crying and he still had focus. Changed my view on kids running around in the Masjid forever. Just something to think about.

      also remember our prophet pbuh,his grand children's Hassan and Hussain,Fatima's children used to jump on top of him while praying and he kept praying,at the sametime enjoying his company,kids are the lights of our lives,also that's how they will get used to learn there religions when they come to the masjid,it wil be nice if the parents guve more attentions to the kids and not to bother other people as much as they kind also.

      @@AminaLuckyOfficial Yes, that's right. Rasulullah told us to be compassionate towards kids. Teach them with love, do not look them down when they're making noise or annoying you especially in the mosque. It's us who will traumatize them or make them love to go to mosque by seeing how we treat them and how peaceful and khusyuk we are at mosque ❤️

    Mum of 4 here I always avoid praying at the masjid even during Ramadan because I don’t want my kids to disturb anyone even though they’re usually really well behaved, once a few years back an old uncle came and shooed us all into a small back room even though our kids were all being well behaved since then I’m just afraid to go. I do attend classes at the masjid with my younger 2 toddler and baby but the Apa is so so sweet and loves them running around playing 🥰 Alhamdullilah also whenever I’m alone at the masjid and someone else’s little one is upset or making trouble whilst mum is praying I always always try to distract them/play with them so she can pray in peace ✌️

I've had kids pull up skirts, rip hijab off, etc. I personally wouldn't bring my kids until they learned not to do those things if they did. Noises and kids playing in background I'm well okay with.

    Kids in the masjid is sunnah. The mothers good deeds are just as important as yours. How can you expect her kids to grow up on the right path and enjoy the masjid if they aren’t welcome there? And even if you know this already you shouldn’t encourage others who don’t know this or don’t like this.

      Of course , this is only for laughs. I’m a mother myself . It’s my duty to ensure other worshippers have their quiet . If my kids cry, I should do my best to remove them from the room or calm them down. Also, I have to be prepared to handle the situation as soon as it approaches so I don’t bother others. I’m a mom too!

    • @Golehzarif
      @Golehzarif Před 2 lety +9

      I’m sorry I didn’t mean to sound a certain way. I know of a few younger girls who don’t understand what it’s like to be a mom yet. I’ve heard them speak of their mother and myself and many others in a certain way. It’s painful and I believe they’ve heard it from places. I didn’t want the younger demographic to observe this and think it’s ok. Of course mothers should be swift to deal with circumstances. But we should encourage good ideas and positive reactions and interactions. Inshallah no mother has to go through this or feel discouraged.

When you can't, God understands the situation, you don't have to get angry at the kids because they have tantrums and you can't collect your "points." My nephew is autistic and has tantrums all the time, and some people are bad with him and ruthless, not understanding that the little one does not understand what we tell him, nor does he know how to express his dissatisfaction except by crying.
