Together with this video I'm releasing a new product: a pack of 3000 wavetables designed for psytrance bass creation! A link for the free demo can be found in the description, as well as the link to the full pack on my gumroad! make sure to watch the whole video to get the most out of this wavetables pack!

Projektor is an alias I started around august 2019. Under this alias I started posting psytrance music with a clear emphasis on theming and a more progressive or mainstream style than other producers. The goal of the Projektor alias is to release memorable music which works well on the dancefloor. Around january 2020 I started posting tutorials and other helpful videos on youtube again under the Projektor alias. Together with these videos I started selling several products which can be used to improve your productions. I have always believed music production knowledge should be shared and that is now one of my main goals with the Projektor alias. Currently Projektor is the only alias under which I release music, videos or products but this might change in the future!

very nice and important video thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
top man, best proper imformation right now!
Thanks man!
OH MY GOD so great ty bro
you're welcome!
The next step is to prerender a few dozen filterpositions of the highcut with linear phase into individual wavecycles so that you can simulate the highcut by fading through the wavetable and can prevent the pitchdrift from the filtersweep
that's not needed, the phase shift from said filter is minimal compared to the processing. In these examples you can't detect any postringing with psyscope even though the filter is being applied... also you will loose the detail of the current morph function of the wavetables...
@@Projektor_music It really isnt. the most noticable problem with phaseshift from a lowpass filter is the fact that the pitch changes, which to me is annoying af. i posted some examples in your discord.
@@shuya4104 I'll have to dive into this more as this might be a cool topic for a video.
☄️☄️☄️ tanks u so much 🔥
thank you man....!!!
you're welcome!
Yes!! This is amazing! I was wondering how I was going to start producing wave tables for this approach 😂… I will be grabbing these wave tables for sure!! You have a kick pack too, right?
Thanks, man! I actually have 2 packs with kicks: The quality kick pack and the psychedelic drumpack!
Awesome! Just picked up the bass tables. I’m going to get those kicks too. 🙌
@@Projektor_music Hi man! Just reaching out. I purchased the bass tables and I noticed that many of them look and sound the same. Is this correct? Really like some of them, but some doen change much at all when I oscillate the wavetable. Let me know if I am doing something wrong here :)
The Goat has hit again 🎉🎉🎉 will 100% grab and use it... u know what a timesaver u are for ppl like me who just have enough time to work in their own DAW? Thx man ✋️✋️✋️
you're welcome! hope you enjoy!
Hey dude, nice videos, I watched a lot on kick bass, even the 3h one. Learned a lot , thank you. What I don’t really get is why is it important in psytrance to apply phase processing to the bass as I saw you do a lot with mphase
Thanks, I'm glad you like the content! The idea behind phase processing is that phase is essentially delay (Dan Warroll is mad at me for saying it and I know it's not true, but stick with me here). we delay certain frequencies slightly such that other frequencies have more space. A saw wave click is essentially an inpulse, meaning it contains all frequencies. To get the nice click transient we need to delay certain frequencies such that others come out more in the transient itself. That is essentially what we are doing (very basically sorry)
@@Projektor_music whoa. This comment just made my neurons light up :)) ok, very interested to go more in depth on this, any recommendations?
@@andreigheorghiu I do believe I cover this in my ultimate guide quite well actually, in fact I bellieve I even mention that the delaying of frequencies is the goal. I did hint to Dan Warroll for more information in my last comment, he knows more than me about phase but not in a psytrance context, in a general mixing context!
@@Projektor_music oh ok, then I shall go back to it sir, thank you!
Could you make a tutorial on the sound in the background, its like a dripping sound at the end 19:40 ?
I'll have a short on it coming soon!
Hello! I do the kick and bass in Ableton as in the video, then export it to a wav file and continue working in FL Studio. Tell me, is it possible to do this? Or is the sound disrupted?
you could do that, but why not immediately make the kick & bass in FL?
@@Projektor_music I don't know how to do this in Fl Studio ((
thanks allot ! your the best
Thanks man!
