I mean I’ll say this, THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST COVER OF THIS SONG IVE EVER SEEN HANDS DOWN. Been playing bass since 96 and brother you are THE MAN. I hope you have continued to play and grow as a bass player. Totally BADASS!!!!
I played this song hundreds of times, but never as good as You. The ease with which you play, feel in Your fingers, fun You're having... Hats off, good job, i'm really impressed.
Wow bro you fukn rock! I've watched alot of people just murder this song and you my friend have by far done the best cover I've seen yet. I think Cliff would agree and be proud 🙏🤘🙏🤘
His performance was killer..but there is nothing astonishing about the parts. Burton wrote great, melodic parts, but it was not the legendary player that his legend suggests.
Keep it up man. I was doing this most likely before you were born, awesomely glad you keeping the Cliff Burton going on. He and Les Claypool are my influences. I played this and anesthiesia pulling teeth in my first live show back in 1992, probably before you were born, but love the licks, almost like looking in a mirror. Awesome that the youngins are into this. Sorry, not sure of your name. Love it. I won medals and money playing metallica, but try playing Primus. Haha. I have faith in you man. Keep it up jamming the bass.
Awesome job dude !! I was lost for 30 yrs in music but is never too late. Finally I understood breaking up in pieces Metallica songs and a lot of adventures I've gone through thanks to them to an unbelievable point. Ethereal. ❤
The tone mostly came from the signal processing I was doing after recording. The trick is mixing a super dirty, overdriven channel with a clean but scooped bass di (with some high end clack). Also had an auto wah and fuzz automated in some parts.
Incredible job, dude. Your cover is actually FAR superior to the actual bass track(s) on the actual recording. The song sounds great when you listen to it..but if you listen to the isolated tracks, it is super sloppy, out of time and noisy. Especially 'Master of Puppets' (the song..not the album). Since the bass is mixed so low on the entire album, you don't really hear the majority of the noise..but when isolated, it is really really rough.
Great job. Back in 1990 all my friends were picking up the guitar but because of Cliff I decided to go with the bass.
Did you ever had some regrets?
Everyone has regrets picking up bass is not one lol@@MetalGodMasino
Can confirm@@skrillah6259

Ethereal.
❤
bro had to put on the glasses for that solo
How am I supposed to see the frets that high up? The money notes are below the 7th smh
nice thone and ejecution bro!
bro had to put glasses on and change basses for that solo hahw
Clifford Lee burton is the man
Excellent job!!! did you use any pitch shifter or octave effect for that 6:24 part?
Thanks dude! It's an auto-wah with the resonance turned up that is mixed with some gnarly fuss that brings out those overtones like that.
What gear do you use? The 1:30 solo was epic!
Wow that was amazing 🤩 sounds cool 🤙🤙
It does look like you didnt use a pedal for the effect, it rather just appeared. Which tools do you use?
I put the effects in afterwards on my DAW. I had good clean/drive two track thing going on. Also used an autowah and weird filters
Bump
Можешь сделать кавер на "На заре"?. Спасибо!
Need to know how you got this tone with a fender (at least I think it’s a fender)
The tone mostly came from the signal processing I was doing after recording. The trick is mixing a super dirty, overdriven channel with a clean but scooped bass di (with some high end clack). Also had an auto wah and fuzz automated in some parts.
Jazz fenders are usually pretty good for that punchy bright tone
What is the pedal in the intro?
How you did for playing the 6:23 solo in a 22 fret bass?
Tuned up with super light gauge strings
why different guitar ?
Dont have the high frets
Really great cover!
But man, that posture makes me really uncomfortable :D
родаки научи очень круто
Collab ??? 🥺😏
не потеряй палец
Great cover till you left out the ending bass lick wtf
Oh shit, thought that was just a fade out on that riff. Missed that lol
как можно тупо потерять и не найти

crazy fingers. awesome. Cliff smiles upon you. Now grow some hair
Volume raise intro correct, distortion and wah correct, gallops …. 🙌
