Brilliant - Escape from tarkov

So i was on a Scav run, had a GPU & a few water filters, run was smooth with no issue then suddenly BAM!! ! !! i started getting lag when these 2 pmc1s showed up, don't know what happened but in over 4k hrs i haven't had this before.
