Buy in the dip! I agree and have read that lithium prices are dropping, but I suspect the prepackaged budget battery prices will go back towards the $225-250 range after Christmas time. I’m no expert on the market, but have witnessed that prices usually rise 1st quarter of every year!

Premade packs have taken a nose dive in price lately! Maybe raw cells will follow this pricing trend!
Low temp cut off is for charging. You don't want to charge some Lithium batteries below 32F.
Correct! Generally speaking one should not charge a LiFePO4 if the cell temperatures are 32F or lower. Easy fix for no low temp charge protection is keep them above 32F. Fine to discharge below 32F though, follow manufacturer temp specifications on all batteries.

its crazy how prices have dropped over the last couple years on everything solar/Battery, I have four Batts that I paid like 375 bucks each for and now they are down to 239 and solar panels,the first ones cost me 175 each and now they are down to 70 bucks...crazy i tell ya. Im gonna go check a few of yer other vids and see if yer a fit to my Subs...have a great day.

Have you done any research on adding new batteries to an old system? I know that you’re not supposed to run batteries in different conditions but in a add as your power needs grow situation, it’s hard to keep all the batteries identical
Parallel wired not too big of a deal. (with caveats though)
Series wired to make higher voltage packs, YES they have to match and be very close in age.
None of my parallel packs are the same age. I added more capacity as I could afford to. Work just fine and still exceeding nameplate capacities!

cheap under speck wiring?
low budget bms?
does the battery really give you 100Ahrs?
how many amps can be pulled from it before the bms cuts off?

Guy Come on...!!!...people drive Rv's and camp and there might be a change you in a low temp condition... Or like in Texas (he hot all the time) we had a snow storm that dropped the temp below freezing.. So it's not ridicules to not have low battery charging... Just talk about the product...Let people make there own decisions.. With that said...GREAT CATCH on this BATTERY!!!! Just bough one!!..

just need to put the battery's in basically a home built ice chest.
and have a heat source in said box. not like a heating pad, but more like a 100W normal light bulb.
but have air space between each battery flor and top of the box, for sir movement.
but if you are in say north alaska, then yes to a heating pad.
pending on location.
for me under my bed. with holes to allow air to move. and simply a fresh water hose heat tape around the base of each battery.
but if that cold i am gone.
