His idea of skill is 2 man or iso basketball. 5 man Basketball works better as shown by the Warriors (and literally every dynasty and NBA history). The 90s were much more diverse with sets and schemes that matched the personnel of the given team. Now every team is a water down picking roll version of the Warriors dynasty. The flopping, the refs bad calls, the traveling... its a whole different game which isnt even really comparable. But as Basketball...it was better then.
