    I love the fact that the front grille has been redesigned. 💯

    Tried the sport today and the ride is super smooth. Cabin seems pretty basic but everything looks quality.

    Since I plan to order a 2022 Ridgeline in the near future, I have been watching a 'ton' of CZcams Videos. And although I usually learn at least something from each one, THIS Video has touched on a lot of features that most Videos simply ignore. Great Job.

      I just looked at one at our local dealership. Today, I’ve requested a quote on one that’s currently in transit. I’ve decided on the Touring trim (🇨🇦) in white.

    Fantastic video. I own one and actually learned a few things from this video that the dealership did not cover when they went over the features with me.

      @@stevebeard7667 that's awesome! I got 2018 Nissan Titan which has been a very reliable truck but the mpg is horrendous in the city specially during idle .

      @@bheras06 I like the Titans they are good trucks. I looked at all the mid sized trucks but for what I needed the Ridgeline worked best for me it has better room in the back seat and I have kiddos so there was room for them. My wife has a Honda Pilot it's been good so I went with the Honda.

    My RTL-E fog lights seem to be simple lights. They really do not provide much light at all. Best investment is to upgrade the highbeams to LEDs. You would be glad you did.

    CAUTION: The Sport trim is the only trim with manual driver's seat. This means it adjusts diagonally. Forward/up or backwards/down. I found I could never get the seat in the right position. While I didn't want to spend more money, I upgraded to the RTL trim level to get the power driver's seat. Up/down is separate from front/back. You have been warned...

    Great review. Thanks for posting. Back seats may be for short trips, however when compared to other mid-sized trucks the Ridgeline has better capabilities. Agree with the missing usb ports as well. The available speakers in the truck bed should be considered a nice feature. The FWD option for the Sun Belt states drivers should be an option in the future, which reduces the final price.

    All good stuff , get frustrated when there is no mute button for radio .Honda has not provided any service manual so it does not tell me when and which service is due . Called honda dealer and they told me that service sign will come on dash board once due , don't like it that way . best feature i like is walk away locking and unlocks when touch the door .

    What trim line would you suggest as a sweet spot given the price point and the accessories and features that comes with it?

    That's a great looking midsize truck. I hate the cloth seats. I wonder if you can get leather seats in this trim level.

    Just make sure the cab is not leaking water in the rear...it's a big problem that most people have no idea about.

    Sport is the entry level so I don't know what he meant by upgraded wheels and grill

    • @HowToCarGuy
      @HowToCarGuy  Před 2 lety

      I guess because I like the sport wheels and grill better than the non sport version is why I called it an upgrade.

    • @twolanehighway
      @twolanehighway Před 2 lety +2

      @@HowToCarGuy I think you are likely comparing this to last year's model that had a different front end entirely. The only package that has a different grill in the 2021 is the HPD package. All trims of the 2021 Ridgeline have the same grill.
