My one league is 6 years old. I've made the championship all 6 years and lost it ever year. No clue what to even do at this point.

Our dynasty league just finished up our first year so we're all pretty new and I was wondering what roster settings you would recommend. Currently we have 10 bench spots with 3 taxi squad spots and no IR slots. 1 QB league
We do 12 tm, PPR, Superflex, half point TEP (1.5 PPR total), start 10, 15 bench, 3-5 taxi, 5 IR slots or more (no one should ever be required to have IR guys on active roster).
What’s the best way to find and join startup ups. I’m Pretty new to dynasty and I want to join more leagues next year

What moves can i make to retool or do i hold? Going to try to trade some older players on my bench for rookie picks back
