- Friday night in London. First we visit London's iconic Covent Garden. Home of some of London's best shopping, theatres, restaurants, pubs & bars. Then London's Chinatown for dinner, dumplings; the traditional Chinese New Year things to eat. Then finishing up at the Curzon cinema in Soho to watch a movie.
Thanks for the night out.
Wonderful Friday night out !! Thanks for bringing us a long !!! Love from Vermont

C'est un vrai plaisir de se balader dans Londres avec toi Roberts !
👏👏👏👍
your vlogs always make me hungry. Another great vlog sir!
It was in the small hours for me when this premiered.
You know London like the back of your hand - excellent thank you.
Like London video good China town for its dumping must very interested place thanks
miss the dumplings at Jen cafe! I was in New York's Chinatown a few months ago and New York Chinatown just has a different vibe and feel as London's Chinatown - not saying better, just different. New York's Chinatown still pretty much retains it's Asian roots, London's Chinatown is more gentrified
Which movie did you watch?

I'd love to go on a date with you, Mr. Roberts x
8:43 empty space across the table for you. No food stains, no second set of chopsticks, napkins.
Hi
I am interested in "going out" culture in London. Can you tell me, is there a "default" meeting point in London? Like, somebody's, who doesn't have cultural preferences, first choice.
For example, in my home town (Zagreb, Croatia) it is the clock on the main square.
Thanks
Hi Mario... as a Londoner, I would say "not really"... that's just because it's such a big city, and there are so many different areas that make up London. Normally when I meet friends in central, we agree to meet at a certain pub, restaurant or tube (metro) station. There are a few iconic squares in London; Trafalgar square, Leicester Square, Soho square... but normally we meet somewhere close to where we plan on going for the evening. Hope that helps!
@@inglese2996 Yes, thanks. I guess I will not get better answer than this. In Zagreb we also meet at pubs. This is more a situation when two very young teenagers (who are too young to go out regularly) befriend each other at summer vacation, and now (in fall) they arrange meeting in the center of the town. Where would this be? Some place that everybody knows of, close to public transport.
I've been in London, and I know that this is rather difficult to have there. Leicester Square is full with people, but I never knew if all those are tourists who found the place to be convenient, or if Londoners do go there also. It is rather difficult to find somebody there, among all those people. Trafalgar square is rather large, you would have to determine at what corner of it you would meet. But, it is convenient for Londoners, because it is close to lines of public transport. If I remember correctly, Trafalgar square was a place from which bus night lines would start (before you introduced tube night services), and the Charing Cross station is there. It is not close to Soho, though, as Piccadilly circus is. I believe, traditionally it was Piccadilly circus?
@@@MarioPetrinovich At a guess I would say Piccadilly Circus.
@@stevebbuk Thanks Steve. I wasn't sure if something changed in that regard. Piccadilly Circus looks alrigth, only I didn't know if Londoners became bored of it. But, I guess, those things stay in tradition, :) .
@@@MarioPetrinovichYou could meet at the Eros statue or outside the Regent Palace Hotel. But don't let me hijack Robert's video.
Some nice fanny about as well.
Could never live in London too busy for me,always give me a sad feeling there, would haven't bw by the sea or countryside.I think to many lonely souls in London.
There are many lonely souls everywhere.
Yes it's so busy l like visiting but so go go to much like a slower place
You have never made any vlogs around Kensington high street or Hyde Park. You vlogs are always the Same area.
He spun the camera around 360 degrees during his "date" numerous times and I didn't see anyone. All his videos he is alone talking to himself. I like this channel and this guy but......he's a loner in denial.
He didn't say he was taking a 'date' the idea I think is that you had a date with London at night and he was your guide.
his Christmas video 2018, is at his flat with his girlfriend and they share Christmas dinner. she has lots of camera time in that one.
