That Uras clutch is made by ORC so when getting replacement parts look up ORC 409
Also the difference in torque settings that you found was probably for nm and pound ft

that little motor has a high compression which is able to push lots of pressure but it does it slow because it's a tiny ass compressor so it takes forever to build up pressure however when it does build up pressure it has no problem building more slowly due to the fact it's high compression
