Definitely tuned with a computer, an fmu is just a fuel multiplier based on vacuum/boost it sees. Completely stock tune just adds fuel when your making boost. Also it seems like the boost is really low that's why it pulls so slowly to redline. Sell the s13 build the s15
Bro honestly you can always fix up a car and sell it for more you have a natural talent of working on vehicles but when will you come across another right hand drive S13 in my opinion you're going to need the S15 to take to the shows and keep it super clean and you can always use that S13 to have as a drift missile and beat the HELL out of it and still have fun.....

The hesitation on the S13 is because it's running lean, no doubt it's got a tuned rom on the factory ecu. That Sard fuel pressure regulator is rad and the S13 already has the S15 front brakes fitted too
Keep the S13 as is, drive it to produce content and use the money you have to launch S15 merchandise to fund the build. I think everyone here would support it if you did.

at 12:16 their is a broken ground on your fender well, should look into that could possible be a reason the engine is running weird or why your tune feels off!
