I was able to play this at the Kempton Park guitar show yesterday and I can tell you that the vid does not do it justice. It is stunning to hold and play!
Fabulous. So easy to play. Buttery smooth action and very comfortable.
Sounds great too. If I had space and means I would have bought it immediately.

Thanks Stefan! It was great to meet you and thanks for the kind words 🙌 glad you enjoyed playing the guitar as much as I did making it.

    Hi Alex,
Delighted to see your clip of the guitar you made out of our mahogany(?) table: it looks great and I imagine gives the right mid range sound for Gipsy Jazz.
Thanks for the mention in your commentary.

Brian Mays father built Brian's guitar body from a dining table and the neck from a fireplace mantle.

Good point! Perhaps dining tables are a good source of tonewood after all 🤔😆

Beautiful! Great work. What was your guess as to the type of wood? khaya? Cuban mahogany? And that’s all French polish finish?

Thanks! Yes I think Honduras or Cuban mahogany, most likely. Bit of a guess though!
And yes the finish is all French polished 👍✨
