    Love the moves and the music, but the hooting and hollering is distracting and takes away from the workout imo. Would be helpful to not have that.

      Thank you for your response and thanks for working out with us! We love bringing the group fitness setting to our channel and within our workouts--working out with friends and to popular music decreases perceived exertion by up to 15%!
