I built a similar building only 12 foot walls +2, 12 x 16 lean to on both sides my cost including land work Garage Doors concrete electric was about $90,000 in Jefferson County
The barn looks great sir. I look forward to the progress you will be doing on it in the future. I noticed in a previous vid the nice Ranger boat and it brings fond memories of fishing Kentucky Lake in my Champion I had. Now in Florida and fishing the Harris Chain on a regular basis with the occasional trip down to Okeechobee with my Ranger.
I wish we would have wrapped the posts on the 60x84 Dad had built. I guess I'm going to have some metal brackets and anchors installed at some point. Nice video! - Samuel
Hey Todd, subscribed right back! That is a sexy barn, hoping to build something similar one day!!! I'm guessing Kentucky doesn't get as much snow as we do here so I can see why you did not get a cab. And I see you have your own personal water tower that's awesome haha! Cheers, Alex
You could build that 400 x 600 and it still wouldn’t be too big. Even as expensive as concrete is, for what you can do with it and for how long that it lasts, it is still a great bargain. Full watch. Thanks Tod
I was going to say the same thing, solar panels, battery bank and wire the barn for a few outlets and lights. That would give you time to save up for the thousands it will take to hard wire the barn.
I love your explainaations of everything. Agree grandkids are the most important
Truely appreciate your comnent!!! Thanks for stopping by.
Good evening, beautiful pole barn. 40x60 is a great size. The concrete pad is a real game changer. Subbed to your channel.
Thanks so much! Really appreciate your stopping by and Subbing!!

Thanks. I didn't even notice that the Ranger boat made the video. Never had a chance to fish for those big Florida bass. Appreciate your watching.

Thanks Samuel. Nice sized building. Thanks for stopping by and leaving comment. Appreciate it!
Hello Todd, beautiful pole barn. 40 x 60 is huge compared our pole barn. An informative video. Thanks for sharing, Ben 👍
Thanks Ben. Appreciate you stopping by the channel.

Alex, thanks for stopping by and subbing! Only couple inches of snow a year, but summer can get pretty hot. Appreciate the support.

You are probably right with the 400x600. Thanks again for spending some time here and watching the video!
New sub here 😎All great points Tod Thanks for the video 😁👍🚜💨🎄
Hey, thanks for stopping by and subbing. Been watching your videos for a while. Love having you here, it means alot!
A solar panel for couple lights and trickle charger can be handy 😊
I like that idea. Watched some content on solar. May move that up on the priority list. Thanks for the input!

What do you think this would cost in coulterville, ca? I’m sitting on 2 acres I’m itching to build on.
I really don't know. Calufornia and Kentucky are very different. I wouldn't be surprised if the price was double. Thanks for stopping by.
Howdy Tod!
Hey Gary, Thanks for stopping by!
Nice work! Is that insulation or just a vapor barrier?
It is insulation. Cheapest option, but should help a little bit. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
I’m building a 40x60 too. Do you mind me asking how much the concrete was?
Around $15k. Hope this helps.
