Recipe:
✅ For the dough, we will knead 1 kg of flour and 1 tablespoon of salt and add 5 tablespoons of oil. Gradually add lukewarm water until you cook a nice dough that is not sticky
✅ Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature
✅ Roll out the dough on the table and separate the 3 noodles that we will develop, coat with oil and leave for 15 minutes
✅ During this time, we will add 2 tablespoons of vegeta, 1 tablespoon of pepper to 500 g of ground beef and gradually add warm water and mix the meat until it softens completely.
✅ Fry the onion for only 2 minutes and combine with the meat and mix everything well
✅ Melt 125gr of butter in a pan and add 50 ml of oil. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix everything until well combined. Put on the plate freely and mix
