It's the people who try to change the communities and preserve life. Germany is SO clean. It sure does have humans who litter and that hate the beautiful planet God lets us live on. The very fact that Germans take keeping order and cleaning their area seriously, their children can have the best possible. If u clean ur community, when we all do, we will make changes. Every bottle matters.
In Poland in Lublin there was (and still is as far as I know) a guy nicknamed "super collector" (in polish obv) who would roam the entire town and collect bottles and return them. He made so much money from this that he actually managed to open a kebab place only for it to be soon shut down by the sanitary inspector.
