Thanks a lot! This one and the one on all fours are the only ones that help me. Your explanations are more thorough than I've seen before

This is really good exercise for your diaphragm, you can really feel this exercise working - good for people who sit a lot, and for anyone who wants to strengthen their diaphragm and have better breathing habits, which is very good for your health with the pandemic. Plus, this is good for your lower back - I have a bad disk in my lower back and flexing my back against the wall like this helps a lot. I added this to my breathing exercises routine - but even when I just do this exercise alone, or along with the one where you get on the ground and flex your back, I feel great afterwards.

I know this is old but is this something that could change a lot of lives? I can never get into a good breathing habit, but expelling the air was a big miss I've had all my years. Resetting the diaphragm will allow it to start over so to speak and function the way its supposed to. I always wondered how singers could have such great range. This has to be something very overlooked or never talked about.
