That’s a beautiful home. I especially love that shower in the master bath. No shower curtain or sliding glass doors to deal with!
This one is about $300,000. Not sure if that's turn key or just the steuxture. Don't forget the land lol.

Way OVER PRICED. ITS PRETTY but make pretty homes for Single People or Just a couple without all that damn glam. Definitely no need for 300k modular. In my neighborhood of mansions was 500k. No American Dream. Ita over

Yes, some turnkey solutions include all of that. But I’m not sure why these CZcamsrs make these options look so awesome for people and don’t ever include the price for their viewers. I call bullshit on all these videos because none of them ever tell you the full price.
You can build a nice home stick built house for less than $300k 🥴 at least you can in ohio. Just did it.

I like to watch these for my Sims 4 game house building ideas. These homes are too expensive when you go and actually look at them. Better to just buy an actual house and get your money back when you eventually go to sell it.

How all homes nowadays should be laid out
My guess is $400K on a rented lot and $650K+ on owned land. How close was I?
Nice inside but the outside of these modular/manufactured homes never look quite right.
This house is probably about 350k. U can buy a real solid ground built home for the same or less. It is na nice place tho

This is a mobile home with modular parts 😢 on website, it have single and double in description which makes it not completely modular
It’s a trailer, a double wide. It’s nice but way overpriced for a trailer!
New to this kind of home. Can anyone tell me if they are insulated, are wired and plumbed? Heat, a/c? Can you live in any climate? Gorgeous and so spacious, more affordable by far than anything in my area.

No hallway at the entrance, but a dining, table right at the entrance😮; strange kitchen with stove separated from other countertops, and with no doors smells would be everywhere.
Cant find anything like this in Tennessee, all just basic double wides

Modular Homes are not Manufactured Homes they are Off Foundation off Site Built Homes they are the Exact same House you could have Built on Site there Not even any Cheaper when you think Modular think Leggo Building Blocks where Build Different Sizes Blocks then Connect them all together Boom Modular Home.
Modular homes have to meet local building codes as well as federal codes, manufactured homes only have to meet federal codes. But either way it is possible nowadays to get a beautiful, long lasting home. These aren't your daddy's mobiles!

It's a modular, not a manufactured. It's on a concrete slab and up to building codes of a normal stick built home. They can absolutely stand up to hard weather. Not saying they can stand a tornado because some regular houses can't either.
