I’ve been here a lot and for the first couple times I thought it was a normal McDonald’s

Ooh! I found out about this from a different CZcams Shorts video, and find it cool that you tried the Twister Fries!
I didn't realise that they seem to be available on the regular menu in Malaysia, but I have tried them myself as they're available as part of the annual Chinese New Year limited time offer menu in Singapore, and occasionally on other LTO menus like an LTO menu they had earlier this year where they had football (soccer) graphics on the food packaging and in the promo graphics so it was clear that it was a FIFA World Cup tie-in without them actually licencing FIFA trademarks.
